The building is old but renovated to the required standard. It’s a good economical place for a temporary stay when you plan to visit Quebec City when you are on a budget. The staff’s services stood out despite the hardware condition is just on average.

I was very disappointed with my stay. The room locks were missing, making it feel unsafe, and the bathroom lock was not working. These issues made the stay uncomfortable and concerning. I hope the management addresses these safety and maintenance problems for future guests.

Older hotel, old small tv, outdated carpet, paint, furniture.

Got the job done with no problems!

Nice little hotel. Friendly staff. Rooms were clean. We were travelling with kids and were worried about the condition of this place on the way to this hotel. But when we reached, we’re pleasantly surprised. I’ll definitely stay there again.

The attendant was very polite, we had a little trouble with our locks, and one door was exterior but it worked out.

For the price I paid, I felt everything was satisfactory. Besides, I didn't get 1 thing that there was no lock or chain to secure the door from inside.

We stayed there during our trip to the east coast. Found on google and got a great rate. The room was clean and comfortable. I had the best night sleep of my whole trip there. Quiet and safe. We will definitely be back.

Clean and hosty

Needed a place to stay overnight at a rainy bike trip. Was really pleased with excellent service you guys provide. Ability to check in and out in late hours, as well as accommodating me together with my bike. Room has all necessary for a good rest. Area is quiet and safe

I arrived late at night tired and just wanted to get to my room and sleep. I had to wait 30 mins for the check in person to come back from his smole break then it took him a while to get things sorted and by the time I got to my room, I had been there for an hour. When I got to the room, I was alarmed there no dead bolt or locks so anyone with a key can just come into my room. As a solo female traveler, I felt very unsafe and ended up propping a chair against the door for some sense of security. I would definitely recommend against staying here
