Awesome place to stay in Black forest. Very friendly and warm host. She bakes delicious breakfast and great lodge with common rooms including board hames, books.

Really good place

I stayed here with my motorcycle group from July 25-27, 2025. The rooms are modern. The toilets and showers are clean, and towels are provided. After a brief inquiry, the Tischer family immediately offered us their private garage for our motorcycles at no extra charge. I can't comment on the breakfast, as we ate out. Nevertheless, it still gets 5 stars.

I had a wonderful weekend with Sarah and her family at the Lodge. It's so lovingly and comfortably furnished. It's the ideal base for hiking and exploring the Black Forest in the north. And the amazing breakfast was simply fantastic. I'm already looking forward to my next vacation.
