The property is in an excellent location, minutes walk to the duomo piazza yet tucked away on a quiet street. You can park in front to unload your luggage and then the host will direct you to free parking that is close by. The garden and pool are spectacular as they overlook the valley. The room was quiet, clean and comfortable. The delicious breakfast was served in the garden with amazing views by an incredibly attentive host and staff. If we get back to Ragusa Ibla, would absolutely stay here again.

This is an excellent property, perfect location, perfectly run. Rooms are on the small side but immaculate, breakfast is simply excellent - including “dessert” of cannoli or granite. Communication was also very proactive and helpful.

Excellent hotel, very clean and comfortable

Beautiful property run by extraordinarily kind and friendly people. Setting is great-wonderful view and the garden with jacuzzi, hammocks, and water feature you can sit in is just super charming and relaxing. Custom crafted breakfast served by Lisa is amazing. Very close to central lower Ragusa makes it easy to walk to restaurants and sights. Parking is on a nearby street and plaza, so while not on site, it’s very doable. Our rather small room was on the street, but it wasn’t too busy so we slept well. Other rooms are larger. If we’re ever in Ragusa again we’ll make sure to book early for one of the rooms off the street and this will make this the absolutely PERFECT place to stay anywhere in Sicily.

Extremely friendly hosts who couldn’t do enough to make us welcome in this delightful hilltop townhouse. Not the easiest access with very narrow streets and Satnav no use in the warren of one way streets. Despite that, well worth the effort for a few days

Magic place, exceeded expectations!

A lovely place owned and operated by a lovely lady. The view and the breakfast are as good as it gets. The town shoukd be viewed as borh a hang and a base.

I have food allergies & these were accommodated. Besides generous portions, the food was locally sourced & very tasty. The property is gorgeous & beautifully maintained. Most especially, our hostess, Giovanna was warm, friendly & helpful. Being here made our stay in Ragusa very special.

We loved this property. The proprietor could not have been nicer. Our room was small, but I believe there are larger options. The property was lovely, and the breakfast was an outstanding authentic Sicilian experience. It is located in a quiet yet extremely accessible part of charming Ragusa Ibla. I highly recommend this property.

We had an amazing time in Ragusa at La Casa del gesumina. The b and b was close to the center, walking distance to many sites and restaurants and also to the bus stops for the beach and Ragusa Superiore. The breakfasts were unforgettable and the best we have had anywhere. The warning “leave room for the cake!” Heralded a different surprise every day including caffe granite in a sweet roll, a fruit covered tart and others. This was after we had our savory breakfast including fresh ricotta daily from a local farm which we mixed with local honey. Everything was superb. The garden included a hot tub which was lovely in the evening as well as a shallow pool to keep you cool during the hot day. It was perfect!
