Excellent service and extremely clean, spacious rooms. Staff were so welcoming, helpful and kind! The breakfasts were delicious. The hotel is situated at a quiet place next to the river, that is an easy and quick stroll into the main hub of town. Be mindful of the electronic gate when it opens inward so you don’t have to quickly reverse your car as you leave the hotel.

My family had such a nice quick visit at Ness Walk, I wish we had a longer stay! It was the perfect place for us and we were able to enjoy walking along the water and was so comfortable in our rooms.

The staff were all amazing. The only thing I'd say negatively is that the hotel is listed as a 5 star, and while the staff, restaurant and common area felt 5 star, our room did not. There wasn't anything actually wrong with the room, it just didn't feel very high end.

The hotel was in perfect condition and the service was great. The room was well designed with a separate toilet. The staff was delightful. We were welcomed with a glass of champagne.

Ness Walk Hotel is amazing! Although the location is a bit far for walking with suitcases from city center, it is definitely worth it as you pass through the calming and uh so beautiful river Ness. The stuff is very pleasant, however not always attentive to details: Upon our arrival we were kindly suggested to wait at the lobby till our room was ready and been offered a glass of champagne. We stated we are not drinking alcohol and immediately were suggested an elder water instead, but to get it in champagne glasses. We had gladly accepted the offer only to recieve an alcoholic beverage regardless stating we are not consuming alcohol... As we pointed out to their mistake, they had ask for forgivness and brought as the right drink in the second attempt. Almost the same mishap happened in the morning during breakfast as well, which was plain annoying. But if we disregard the human mistakes, the hotel itself is beautifully designed, is very clean and located in a sweet spot just outside river Ness walkway which is lovely!

Loved our stay!!! We had such an amazing stay. Room facing the gardens was perfect and the food in the restaurant was delicious. Service was outstanding!!! The location was perfect, close to everything, specially having the River Ness for a morning jog.

The most welcoming staff. The lobby bar stays open as long as you want something and if it’s already closed, they will make you a drink after hours. Wonderful room with house made fudge on the pillows.

Fabulous hotel with outstanding service- probably the best we have experienced in a hotel for many years. Beautiful rooms , spotlessly clean and large comfortable beds. We had breakfast which was really good. Highly recommended for a stay in Inverness.

An excellent, well run property in a picturesque location within walking distance of the centre of town.

Having come from another 5 star, this was a little disappointing. The breakfast was chaotic, cold pastries, tiny knob of butter, husband finished meal before my only order of toast came out and walking back and forth to bar area for stuff wasn't great. Paying for parking when you're a customer is just greedy, so we had to lug our stuff from a public car park. Bed comfy and room clean.

Perfect hospitality in Inverness. Warm welcome and nothing too much trouble. Accommodation, food and bar all first class, a very comfortable stay. I’ll definitely be back…
