The staff were super friendly and the rooms were quite large, a true treat when in Florence. We loved the location, it was accessible to all the best sites and shopping Florence has to offer. Will definitely stay here again when we come back!

The level of service and attention to detail was top notch! From the moment we walked in the door, we were greeted by Martina who had a smile on her face the whole time and made us feel welcome. She was extremely helpful throughout our entire stay along with the rest of the staff. The hotel is in a prime location and I would highly recommend for those visiting Florence anytime soon! Thank you again!

Lovely hotel for a 2 night stay in Florence. We had room 101, which although may appear small is comfortable, well kitted out and beautifully decorated. Hotel is centrally located and just a 3 min walk from the main area.

This is Florence, so naturally everything has its roots in history in some way. But The Frame has its own little claim to fame, which adds charm. In practical sense, it’s close to everything (but everything is close to everything here), breakfast option is of great help if for medical reasons you need to eat regularly. Staff is super-nice, their recommendations for places to eat and spots to see were always spot on. We all loved our stay!

This hotel is everything they advertise that they are. There is absolutely nothing that we would change about our recent stay. We will be staying here the next time we are in Florence. Grazie Mille to the staff!

We enjoyed our stay here very much. The rooms are very comfortable and modern. The staff was very friendly and welcoming! The location is also very convenient. In between the train station and the main attractions.

Beautiful property. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The hotel is filled with a custom collection of Mona Lisa inspired art. If you’re lucky, you too may find yourself staying in the very room the stolen painting was recovered from!

Nice boutique hotel, Well maintained. We stayed at the family suite and it was very good and spacious. Decent options at the breakfast. The location is very good and walkable to attractions easily and lot of food options.

The location of this hotel is amazing! You are close to the train station and shopping! Restaurants are right outside the entrance of hotel! Staff is amazing! I highly recommend!
