I dont agree or think some of the policies are fair, but overall the best probberty ive stayed at in tulum

Well kept, beautiful common area, good location

We go to Tulum a couple of times a year specifically to stay at Panacea. We love the pool and the generally calm vibe as well as the fast growing neighborhood. Usually, it’s just the relaxing recharge we need, but unfortunately , this time, they were doing repairs and there was sawing and drilling going on which definitely made it less relaxing. Overall, still great, but I will be sure to ask if they are doing any work before our next trip.

Gorgeous condos that are very modern, spacious, and comfortable. Very quiet and relaxing with lovely views of the pool/garden area. Secure passcode entry and a manned front desk, hosts are also very easy to contact via WhatsApp. There are plenty of nice food options nearby too - would definitely recommend Vereda Del Abasto for breakfast/lunch and Pepe’s Tacos in the evening! A minor improvement could be the cleaning of the pool area as there were lots of leaves and bugs in the pool at times, and the lounger cushions were quite damp and stained. This isn’t the fault of Panacea but it is important to keep the receipt when the 200USD hold deposit is returned at checkout (especially if you’re from the UK like us!) otherwise the bank can take a long time to return it. Also this area in general is probably best suited to people who drive/cycle as attractions like cenotes are quite far to walk in the heat and taxis are very expensive in the area (i.e. $20 for a short drive to the ADO station). Overall though we loved the condo and would definitely stay again for a relaxing trip!

The condo is in excellent condition. There was soap, shampoo, paper and towels. Excellent hosts Eve and Ruben.

Very good stay for the money spent

Pancea hotel felt like a beautiful oasis on the outskirts of town. Our room was huge and accommodated our family of 5 nicely. We had some issues with communication with the hotel prior to our arrival and were dropped off at the door of the compound not knowing how to get in, so I wish we had a bit more explanation around that as we tried numerous times to contact them prior to our arrival. Also, I don’t think there was any cleaning service if the room during our stay. Maybe you had to ask for it? Again, just limited communication or instruction on how things ran there. There was talk and pictures of breakfast on their site but that was also a service not available during our stay. The staff were kind and helpful when we had questions or issues. And the pool and grounds were so beautiful and quiet. The location was a bit inconvenient for our family of 5 to get anywhere but that was an overall Tulum problem for us. For the price, we definitely felt the room and hotel grounds were a great value and would recommend this place for anyone going to Tulum.

Awesome bed. Spacious everything. Kitchen Good. TV was large and working. The bathroom would benefit with a few more towel bars and a shelf in the shower for shampoo etc. well maintained property. Would not hesitate to stay again.

Unreal property and location. The hospitality was always quick and responsive. Thank you for an amazing stay and I can’t wait to see you guys again!

Disappointing experience. Room was not cleaned at all during 6 night stay. Cockroaches under kitchen sink. They never emptied our garbages even. The lock on our door broke and they didn’t fix it so we had an unlocked condo for most of the trip. Location is ok, the road is pretty bad leading to it through massive water puddles to walk around but that’s most of Tulum. Not great value for the money.

Place did not feel safe or secure nor were we able to communicate. We were promised multiple times changes in our room and a refind and have yet to receive. Still trying to get hotel and Expedia to honor

We had a really good experience here. It's located in a great neighborhood with a lot of dining options nearby. the staff was really friendly and easy to work with, and also really helpful. The rooms were extremely spacious as well.

The residential suite was amazing, we had a large living room, kitchen and gorgeous balcony with a pool and garden view. The hotel staff were very friendly and we met Fifi, the hotel cat. This area is under construction, specifically the road next to the hotel, so having a rental car made it easy to explore. This property was very quiet and felt safe, we had the pool all to ourselves. Great place to avoid crowds!

Had an amazing experience as a first time traveler to Mexico. I’m so glad I went with choosing this hotel it was nothing short from amazing! When I come back from tulum I will definitely come back to this luxury hotel! :)

Great place to stay, very friendly, clean and comfortable. Very happy 2 weeks.

An absolutely amazing experience. The hotel is a hidden oasis in tulum. We truly enjoyed our stay, we loved our private pool and the entire hotel area. Breakfast was 10/10 with freshly made products daily, the staff was polite and welcoming. Would come back anytime to this true gem of a place.

I loved it. We had a romantic penthouse with private pool, full kitchen, comfy couch that I actually want for my house so bad and the property and foliage around is beautiful. And there’s a hotel cat to greet you upon check in!

I didn’t like the road to the building

Beautiful oasis inside the courtyard of the hotel. The suites have lots of room inside and the staff was very friendly. This place was very relaxing and was super quite as it was set on the outskirts of downtown attraction. Breakfast was included in our stay. So that was a nice touch. Prices are reasonable. Overall I would love to come back as I feel I had the most peaceful stay and my room felt like a vacation home.

This hotel was perfect. Every need was met as needed and the staff was extremely friendly. I will recommend Hotel Panacea to all friends and family and we will definitely try to come back.
