The hotel is properly located, the safe parking inside down below is very small and extremely tight, fits about ten cars. The rooms are small and most do not have windows to the outside, the room window face the hallways!!! very few units have windows facing the ocean., rooms beds are good, blankets and pillows have seen better days, they have faded and the sheets are no longer white!!there are basically no amenities, two tiny bar soaps ( about 1.5 inch ) the towels are terrible, the ones in our room are no longer white!! there were two very worn bath towels and one hand towel, I have to request replacements, and were told they do not have washcloth/facecloths. The carpet is dark, the lighting is poor, there are no desk/table lamps in the room, feels like a dungeon. Bathroom is the same, toilet was loose at the base and the cover did not fit., shower faucets were so rusted that the chrome was peeling off, vanity is made of plastic laminate and about 8 inches above my knees!! I believe the hotel has potencial, needs urgent upgrades to change it's real rating that is a low 3 and far away from the advertised 4. The restaurant is outstanding and the whole hotel staff is a 10 Plus !!

Kind, friendly and Wonderful staff. Safe and clean hotel. Only complaint was no hot water but we were only there for 1 night on a hot day so it was not a big issue. Definitely recommend.

Very cozy place. Nice remodeled Reatrooms. The shower water pressure was beyond strong. Good food and drinks at the restaurant. Oceanview rooms too. Definitely recommended.

This hotel is right on the beach and is VERY loud with all the music, partying, and car racing. Very, very loud. It’s a nice hotel and very safe. Just hard to sleep when the festivities are happening until 3 or 4 in the morning.

Air conditioner was fully working. Room was clean but carpet was dirty the bottom of my white socks would have black marks and I didn't like how we had to pay for breakfast.

Overall, we had a good stay. The location is great—there are several coffee shops and restaurants nearby, mostly seafood options, and the beach is within walking distance. The staff was very friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. We also booked a 60-minute couples massage for $90, and the two massage therapists were amazing. It was one of the highlights of our trip. The room itself was a bit small, and some of the furniture, such as the dressers/vanities, showed wear and tear with chipped or damaged areas. The bathroom appeared to be somewhat updated, and the shower was very nice. However, we did notice some stains on the blanket, which was disappointing. Overall, the excellent staff, convenient location, and spa experience made for a pleasant stay, but the rooms could use some maintenance and attention to cleanliness

Our room was dirty there was random hairs on the bed sheets and what looked like pee stains on our sheets. The staff was very nice but the cleaning ladies seemed irritated by us which is odd.

It's a beautiful hotel i recommend to get the upgrade 4th floor with the ocean view shower fits more than one person big TV comfortable big bed great parking on site staff is normal not too much just right restaurant on site beach right there can see the border and people partying there is drinking allowed on the boardwalk near the border I felt safe with the date I brought I traveled there from anaheim California made reservations on Expedia everything was great
