The hotel is amazing. Beginning with the excellent customer service through the clean room and amazing facilities. The location is also convenient. Close to the bus/train terminal and car rentals and shops

Our stay here was excellent.They even contacted me the day prior to make sure I knew how to get there, check in times etc. Room was clean & comfortable and everything was new. Breakfast and food service was excellent too.

Great location on a pedestrian throughfare. Applause for Sharron! Wished we'd have stayed longer. Very sweet and hardworking kitchen crew.

Train station is a 10 minute walk or short taxi ride. No desk staff after hours. Breakfast on weekend does not start until 8am..we had an early train and had a to go breakfast left for us by the staff. Limerick was a modern English influenced city that does not represent the beauty of Ireland, but if you have to or want to go there, The Bedford is a nice place to stay

Excellent property in the heart of Limerick. Sharron and her team were a pleasure to work with, responding quickly to any questions we had in a very timely manner. The room was very spacious, especially for Europe. We also appreciated the very tasty breakfast options at the cafe next door, included with the room. We heartily recommend this establishment and look forward to staying here the next time we are in Limerick.

I reserved a room online for my daughter who was visiting for a day from Galway and then heading back to Dublin next morning. Since she would be arriving into Limerick in the late evening, my main concerns were walkability from the main train station and safety. But any fears were put to rest by excellent communication from The Bedford's staff, before her arrival. They confirmed what time she would be arriving and provided detailed instructions om how to get to the hotel and how to enter the building and access her room. They even called my daughter twice to confirm she had received the instructions. My daughter loved her stay at the hotel, her room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was amazing and a perfect start to her exploration of Limerick before her return back to Dublin in the evening. A heartfelt thank you to Shannon and Cathie for their hospitality and for taking care of my daughter while she was there.

Work travel Stop, but would definitely go back for a personal stay. Great communication for self service because I was arriving late in the evening. Safe for solo female travellers. Great location, and car parking although separate was secure.

The hotel is right in the city centre. It has way more character than any other mainstream hotels. I felt extremely comfortable. My room was very clean and looked like it was recently refurbished. Loved the style and decorations, it was very much like my own house. Sharron at the reception was super friendly and made me feel welcome.

Excellent location, friendly staff and great big clean rooms. The breakfast in cafe is a refreshing change to your typical hotel buffet breakfast.

The Bedford Townhouse Hotel is the best hotel in Limerick, and it is in my top 3 Hotels I have ever visited. I recently stayed there with my husband for our vacation. The hotel’s room was cozy and lovely. Breakfast was amazing, We had an increíble customer service experience. And, I can not forget to mention: The bed!!! That was great, the best for people who really need to rest from those extense hours of walking and walking. Location was strategical for our visit. Sharron was so kind and helpful. She even advised us about an amazing local restaurant that was just perfect for the Irish experience and food was really good. Kathy was also awesome and cared about our stay and departure. I’d really really recommend anybody to stay here; don’t even hesitate it or keep searching. This is THE place for your stay. Counting days to go back.
