I booked this hotel due to a late arrival flight in to Colombo and the hotel claims to have 24 hour check in.
I arrived at midnight to a deserted hotel with no one around to help my taxi driver called the hotels phone number but there was no answer.
I returned to the airport to buy a sim card so I could call expedia to complain. Expedia managed to make contact with someone, who then lied saying the reception had been open all night and I must be mistaken.
03:30am, 3 taxi fares later and I finally arrived, instead of an apology, I was told I was lying. I was offered zero discount or a free breakfast.
To top it all off, there wasn't enough water pressure to have a decent shower and the WiFi never worked
Absolute zero customer care.
I would never recommend anyone to stay here.
