Excellent property and professional service

Absolutely fabulous stay thoroughly enjoyed our time here lovely breakfast

Good position. Lovely building. Breakfast was a bit chaotic. The parking at the hotel now costs 10 euros per night.

Beautiful hotel, newly renovated. The bathroom was spacious and modern. Bed very comfortable

Comfortable stay

Stay was great, easy, comfortable. The room felt so clean it could’ve been brand new. Staff was great and helpful with late check in instructions and good breakfast. Only slight downside is that walls are thin enough and area quiet enough to hear the people above/next door fairly easy at night. Just add your own white noise or earplugs and you’re set.

Really good hotel in a stunning location, staff were super friendly and the buffet breakfast was good and well stocked. We had the Campos des Sport room which had a lovely balcony overlooking the park, with stunning sun rise views. The area is also stunning, but very hilly which wasnt a problem for us, but maybe for others. All in all a cracking hotel

Very Nice Stay at this Impeccable Clean Hotel. Staff very friendly & accomodating. [Let me check in early] Hotel is about a 25 min walk to the centre of town but it’s a nice walk especially along the waterfront. Hotel is in the El Sardinero Area with a few nice beaches. There are a few bars and restaurants nearby should you not want to go too far. I think I’ll be back here and will bring my wife so thats a good testimony !!

Continental Breakfast was good as was free coffee at any time from machine in breakfast room.

We stayed in the Gran Casino suite on the top (3rd floor) at the back of the hotel. Very quiet next to lift and opposite one other room. Large balcony. Good shower with plenty of hot water, although was a struggle to keep the sliding bathroom door closed! Comfy bed with sofa in room. Toiletries available. Good continental breakfast available between 8.30 and 11.00. Fabulous location. About 5 minute walk downhill to the seafront. Lots of restaurants nearby. Puertochico area walkable in about 20 minutes. Would recommend El Serbal restaurant as a treat.

It was an excellent facility and made our stay in Santander wonderfull.

Lovely location close to Sardiner with good bars and restuarants. Lovely hotel would come again if coming to Santander again.

Great location in a quiet area of town but walkable to beach and all the action. Rooms are clean and a very good breakfast. Front desk staff a very helpful. Parking available on site for a fee of 10€. It’s not n easy place to park, so it is recommended to use the onsite. Pro tip: day trip to wine region is worth it for a day trip. Nice little pizza shop nearby with very good thin crust pizza.

We were on a motorcycle trip, the hospitality was one of the best of our trip, check in super easy, clean and modern room , bathroom excellent and delicious breakfast. I wish we would it spend an extra night there. We will be back !

We stayed here as we were sailing from the port the following day. It was a great find, with cheap parking, friendly staff with great English, a decent breakfast and a perfect location to explore Santander. We decided to go out on the evening we stayed to have dinner. The city is a half hour walk or a very quick and cheap taxi away. The staff allowed us to leave our baggage behind so we could explore more the following day, before our boat. Would happily stay again.

An overnight stay in order to catch our ferry the next day. However, the hotel was so good, we would definitely recommend it for a longer stay.
