Check-in at 3 PM. The room wasn't cleaned unless requested by staff. The floor wasn't carpeted, so it was very sandy and wet. It was extremely noisy due to road and hotel repairs. Suitable for large families, but the staff were enthusiastic and friendly.

The room was okay. It was spacious and had plenty of photo opportunities. However, the bathroom and the pool weren't very clean.

The staff here are very enthusiastic and lovely; they are polite and helpful. I found the breakfast to be good for the price of the room. The rooms are also clean. Overall, I think Meraki is great.

I've been here many times, and it's generally a comfortable experience. There's a minor issue with the door locks; they often break (the staff said it's because it's near the beach).

I visited the hotel in 2023 and when I returned to book a room, I found it to be quite run-down. I read reviews saying they were upgrading, but when I arrived, it was still the same. The buffet was exactly the same as in 2023, with only a few meager dishes and no changes.

Suitable for short-term virtual photography. The newly renovated room is spacious but not friendly for girls, no makeup area, dark lighting, basic equipment, old unusable refrigerator. The overall design is beautiful, suitable for photography.

Friendly and cute staff. I went during the time when Meraki was under repair. It was terribly noisy in the morning, noon, and evening. I couldn't sleep. The bathroom wasn't very clean.

The staff are enthusiastic, the resort has a beautiful beach but tries to collect rubbish due to the sea water from other places. The room is spacious and comfortable The location on Nguyen Dinh Chieu street has many seafood restaurants, very convenient rice pots

As soon as we arrived, the receptionist enthusiastically and cheerfully assisted us in checking in, and we had a welcome drink. When we had a room, the receptionist proactively contacted us to check in. I checked out early and informed them in advance, so the next day the kitchen staff gave us 2 hot sandwiches with bananas and mineral water. Although it was a small detail, it still showed Meraki's meticulousness!!
