Reception staff were very helpful with resolving a booking issue as well as answering any questions that we had throughout our stay. Very comfortable bed. The hotel designated drivers were great. Hotel is in a great location however being right in the plaza square can be quite noisy when you’re trying to sleep! Bring earplugs. The restaurant was 10/10 - tasty food & service

Not a 4 star hotel. The rooms may have had a comfortable bed but the water in the bathroom Was not hot. The shower alternated between warm and cold. Service was poor. The front desk staff, altho pleasant, had very limited English. Bath amenities weren’t replenished.
