It was secure. Well appointed. Close to street cars going in all directions. Comfortable bed. It was too small for two people or a large person. No windows. Not as clean as it could be but adequate. Missing outlet covers..new perhaps some items not quite finished

No elevator made it terrible for my daughter and her 2 infants.

Had a very comfortable stay. The room appeared clean and well maintained. Everything work. Air conditioning very quiet. Slept very well compact but very nice bathroom. There was occasional noise from other guests coming and going in the hallway, but that’s unavoidable given the limited space available. Overall, a very positive experience. We will likely return and would absolutely recommend it.

The room was clean and quiet. I did not like the idea of having to e-transfer the security deposit prior to being able to access the property. It was a bit of an inconvenience to have to worry about that. I wasn't allowed to access the building until that, with my ID, had been sent. I prefer when all financial transactions are done with a credit card. Sadly, because of this, I won't stay here again.

Simple, cheap and weel set. perfect for a short stay if you plan to move around Toronto during the day and Use the room only for the night

Very clean, modern apartment.

Some rooms have no fire evacuation path.

Poor communication and service. I was told to pay secure deposit, Even though there was no mention of it in the page, when I arrived the location. The place is way smaller than it looks. Expedia management sent me a message that late clock out is 10/hr but the owner property told me it’s 30/hr and tried to rob me. Would never recommend this place or be back Thank youu

Complete disaster. Despite repeated attempts to contact the hotel we were never given the access code to enter. We had to book elsewhere. Never use this hotel. Their license should be revoked.

The room was cold and required a space heater. Soace was clean and had all amenities.

Lovely place close to our conference.

The rooms had plenty of windows for natural light, and the windows could be opened for fresh air. The bed was very comfortable; the bathroom was small but bright, with a nice layout.

It was very clean and the staff were very helpful. However, the air conditioning was way to cold and I had to wear layers of jackets going to bed

A nice property to stay at, very clean and modern. No front desk but host is always quick with responding to messages.

This was a perfect place to stay at while visiting Toronto. The location is absolutely perfect. The public transportation system is extremely convenient. A Tram stop is right in front of this hotel. I told all my family & friends that this was a great place to stay at. I visited during the winter & it was nice to always return to a place that was warm & cozy after a full day of exploring the city. Me & my daughter always felt safe & we plan to book at this hotel when we visit Toronto again.

The room was good but under the bed was dirty.

The AC wasn’t great. There were no cups and no wash clothes. Check in was over the phone due to COVID. There was no human connection. At first they said I did not have a reservation and then they found it.
