Almost brand new hotel. Perfect condition and great staff and good value.

Good location just a few minutes walk from the Westfield shopping centre and Promenade. Good public transport links. The staff were mostly helpful and friendly except for the Monday morning checkout which despite catching two different peoples attention nobody would come to help us check out. We just left our keys on the counter and walked out in the end as we had a train to catch.

Breakfast very limited, not like German usual.

Clean and modern. Comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Nearby shopping centre, music arena and family attractions. Would definitely stay again.

Parking spaces are limited.

Great hotel

This is a nice modern hotel with all modern facilities. If you like shopping it is ideal for the biggest mall in Europe right across the street. It is also very easy to get to and from the motorway.

Had a Westfield complex opposite which was superb. Been away for five weeks now all over Europe, and got to say it has easily been the best hotel value for money I have stayed in.

Perfect location. Great staff! Shame the parking is €10 a night.

Have to say this ia the nicest Holiday Inn Express I have ever been t / stayed at. Rooms so modern and confortable. Sockets / usb both sides of the bed. Great large shower. Breakfast plentiful and freah. Fabulous.

Room was very comfortable and clean.

Provided my needs whilst away on business. The room was clean and tidy and just a short walk away from the local amenities.

Great stay

Lovely hotel good breakfast and an ice machine for all to use . My only negative is the air con it’s not particularly powerful so if you like an ice cold room you’re not going to get this

Staff helpful and caring

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are tidy and the soundproofing is great, you can't hear any outside noise when the windows are closed. Each morning the breakfast is simple yet very good. I cannot say one bad thing about this hotel and will definitely return here next year.
