It offers you a good view, ambience, room interior, toilet, and fresh air without air conditioner. best place to stay and visit. you don’t need going somewhere else tbh.

This is probably my third time staying here. The view is always amazing—tropical rice fields and a cool, peaceful valley. The room, shaped like a traditional Minangkabau house, gives you a real taste of Minang culture. The breakfast and the staff are also really lovely. One thing that could be improved is the quality of the amenities, like the towels, soap, shampoo, and other fabric items—just to make the whole experience even more special.

The hotel staff is very helpful and friendly. The family room is spacious for 2 adults and 3 children. The distance to the city center is very close but once you enter the hotel area, it is far from the hustle and bustle of the city. The real healing is in a location like this. Very impressive and definitely come back here ❤️

There is still a lot of need for improvement, especially related to hospitality. It's a shame even though the place and view are very supportive. The following are some of the shortcomings, hopefully this can be an improvement: The location is quite far from the main road, even when the luggage is brought to the location, luggage is not even welcomed. There was no room service to clean the room when we stayed more than 2 days.

Saya dan keluarga sangat-sangat kecewa dengan pelayanan hotelnya, yang pertama ketika begitu sampai mau parkir saya disuruh untuk membuka pagar sendiri, terus berjalan kaki jauh banget untuk menuju hotelnya tidak sesuai deskripsi yang katanya sekitar 200 meter menurut saya itu lebih, dan sesampai di hotel taulah ya kan pasti capek karena membawa barang-barang sendiri tanpa ada bantuan dari pihak hotel ketika sampai hotel saya langsung disambut tidak baik karyawan hotelnya malah lihatin kami angkat-angkat koper dan barang-barang tanpa adanya tawaran bantuan, malah ditonton saja, lalu ketika mau menuju kamar resepsionis dengan cueknya tidak mengantarkan kami ke kamar, kami manalah tau ya kan namanya tamu baru sekali mana tau dimana kamarnya di situ saya langsung emosi dan kesal dengan harga hotel sekelas bintang dan fasilitas yang tidak sesuai harga sama sekali tidak ada fasilitas di dalam kamar seperti tv atau AC, harga sekelas bintang pelayanan dan fasilitas sangat tidak sesuai harapan, pantas aja sepi tidak ada tamu lain, cukup sekali saya menginap di sini, harapan mau liburan malah jadi badmood karena sikap resepsionis!

Pelayanan kurang bagus, fasilitas sangat kurang dengan harga segitu sangat tidak worth it.

There is no entertainment in the form of TV, maybe for those who are looking for tranquility it is suitable. But yeah, it's really quiet. 6. Lack of trash cans, in the room only in the bathroom and very small. 7. The staff is not informative, when checking in there is no notification whatsoever, what time for breakfast until what time is not given, no telephone number that can be contacted if something goes wrong, where in the room there is no telephone or HT. Please consider these items, because at that cost you can get lodging that is more worth it. Thank you.

I checked in at 19.30. There are no employees around the hotel. The hotel 's sign is very small and too dark. The path to the hotel was also too dark.

Overall interesting, strategic location close to natural attractions of Sianok Canyon and Tabiang Takuruang. Hidden gem in Bukittinggi, beautiful atmosphere in the middle of rice fields and valleys. It's just that the service that needs to be improved is the availability of a motorcycle parking area that is guaranteed safety.

The building is unique, sturdy and instagrammable. The bathroom is equipped with hot water 24 hours. The weather is cold. Maybe what needs to be added is access to vehicle parking and minimarkets. The rest is OK.

The view is good, the rooms are good too, really recommended.
