Central location, convenient for traveling, wide alley for cars to enter, at the beginning of the alley there is a GS25 store with full facilities, polite and friendly staff, I stayed in a 2-bed room, felt the area was a bit smaller than in the picture but stayed for a short time and only came back to sleep at night so overall it was okay.

My family and I rented here for 4 days to conveniently travel to the nearby ITO hospital for my mother's treatment. The room has a small kitchen, microwave and some simple kitchen utensils to support long-term tenants, especially for families because it is an apartment. The staff are quite cute, friendly and enthusiastic to support you when needed.

We rented 2 rooms for 4 people on a short business trip. It's also close to the center, convenient to travel and easy to find. The young staff are polite and approachable. And when we were in Hanoi, we met all the young staff from the North. In general, with a reasonable price of more than 600k/room, everything was okay. The bathroom was simple and in short, there was nothing too impressive or to complain about. In short, it was satisfactory. I was in a hurry to go and only stayed overnight, so I didn't take pictures of the room.

The day I arrived, the receptionist informed me that the room type I booked was full and proactively upgraded me to a room with a balcony without additional charge. The facilities were new and comfortable. I had a relatively good experience here!

The staff is very enthusiastic, the room is clean and fully equipped. The location is close to many nice cafes. Next to a very nice cafe, if you want to go out to eat, go out to the nearby alley, about a 10-minute walk.

I went with a group of 14 people, the hotel is near the center, can see the train running (the railway is nearby), the hotel has GS25 before, the hotel staff is friendly and enthusiastic. Reasonable price, the room has full amenities, quiet room, good soundproofing.

The hotel is conveniently located, close to the city center and easy to get to dining spots. However, the soundproofing in the room is not good. Because it is located near the train tracks, you often hear the train whistle, especially at night. This can be annoying for those who do not sleep well. However, the overall experience is still okay. The staff is friendly and enthusiastic, contributing to a pleasant feeling throughout the stay. If you are not too sensitive to noise and prioritize a convenient location, this hotel is still a reasonable choice.
