I stayed for just one night. The staff was quick and efficient, the room was huge and clean, and the bathroom was spacious. Excellent value for money. The access system via codes is clearly explained and allows check-in and check-out even at difficult hours. It’s located in an old building that I would consider run-down given its condition, but once inside the B&B the impression completely changes. The location is very convenient due to its proximity to Naples’ main train station. At night, however, the area isn’t great, so I’d recommend staying alert.

Really great experience at serendipity! Super clean tidy and very spacious room! We really like how we could WhatsApp the host Alessandra and who was super attentive and friendly. Would stay again if coming back to Napoli! The area itself is just across from Napoli Garibaldi so super handy for connecting trains.

We had a nice stay at this little hotel. Our room was very clean, spacious, air-conditioned, and comfortable. Alessandra was a lovely and gracious hostess. She gave us a nice map of Naples and took time to show us how to get around. The hotel is in a great location next to the train station, but you do have to walk up some steps. And there is good coffee, tea and water available in the little lobby at any time.

If you have to go to Naples Italy, then this is the place to stay! It’s minutes walking to the main train terminal, you can get anywhere in the country easily and this unit is a hidden gem! Incredibly clean and comfortable beds with newly renovated rooms, air conditioning units and amazing toiletry appointments. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Find the door with the flower pots on the steps.
