Great place to stay, equipped with all necessary things for short stay. Walking distance from point of interests in Logroño.

Localisation ⭐️ À distance de marche des rues principales avec restaurants et attractions, mais situé dans un secteur plus tranquille. La station de train est à une dizaine de minutes à pied, idéale pour visiter les villes environnantes. Membres de l’établissement ⭐️ self check-in avec une machine. Pas nécessairement facile, je suggère d’envoyer à l’avance des instructions aux clients pour faciliter le processus. Un couple de personnes âgées est arrivé avant nous et ont trouvé le processus d’enregistrement difficile. Ils ont dû contacter le service client pour terminer le processus. Nous n’avons vu personne au comptoir de réception durant notre séjour. Par contre, les femmes de ménage sont accommodantes si vous avez besoin de toiletterie. Confort de la chambre ⭐️ ⭐️ Très grande et belle chambre, rénovée récemment. Bonne insonorisation de l’immeuble, le grand lit est confortable et les rideaux sont assez opaque. Seul point négatif, lorsque nous quittons la chambre, le thermostat se remet automatiquement à 26 degrés. La chambre est alors plus chaude que souhaitée au retour. Inclusion ⭐️ On retrouve le nécessaire pour cuisiner et manger dans le logement. Un ensemble est fournit avec une pastille pour le lave-vaisselle ainsi qu’une pastille pour utiliser la machine à laver, qui se trouve au sous-sol. Note finale 5 ⭐️ Note parfaite, logement merveilleux et bonne base pour visiter la ville ainsi que les environs.

Very clean, spacious modern premises with good paid for parking.

The apartment that we stayed in was amazing. Spotless clean, super comfortable and spacious, and in a prime location in Logroño. Parking is pricey but if your stay is short is worth it, as finding parking in Logroño can be a challenge (we didn't have to use in the end) and if you have a roof box won't fit as it is underground parking. The apartment we got was 2 bed and both had TVs, kitchen fully equipped with kitchen, microwave small fridge and dishwasher, with all the stuff provided as well! Kettle and coffee/tea was also there to be used. This place is also pet friendly which makes it even better. We are definitely staying here next time we're in Logroño. Highly recommended!

La máquina del check in no funciona a la perfección lo que hizo que tuviera que entrar la data manual y un proceso lento. Todo lo demás, muy cómodo el lugar

Habitación amplia, limpia y equipada. Lo único que no me gustó fue la falta de personal que ayude con el check in y cualquier asunto que surja en la estadía.

Very nice, light, spacious, clean apartment recently renovated and 5min walk from Calle Laurel. No reception - the check-in and arrival process is all explained through email and WhatsApp and you perform a self check-in to receive the room card in an electronic kiosk - but this all worked flawlessly and in case of questions etc. the response through WhatsApp or via calling was excellent. I booked parking too which is right next door and access works with the same room card. Highly recommended for a stay in Logroño whether it be for business or pleasure.

Very well located property, extremely quiet and peaceful rooms. Nicely equipped kitchenette, spacious bathroom and ample closets. Two TV units and even a living room! Parking spaces available at a very inexpensive cost. Had a bit of issue working my way through check in and the parking card process. One observation: A/C must be improved by creating better air circulation. Waking up on sweaty sheets every morning during vacation was a turn off.

Esta propiedad fué muy accesible y céntrica. La administracion fué muy efectiva en todo momento.La condicion de equipo de cocina y cama, baños muy buenas. El estacionamiento muy bueno y cerca de la entrada del edificio.Hay varias cafeterias y restaurantes caminando. Repetiremos y lo recomiendo.

Great property, excellent value, lots of space and convenience

Very clean and safe

Property is well located. The temperature was far too cold, the bedding inadequate being just a sheet and a very thin “duvet”. In addition on this stay it was noisy as there was work being carried out to the building directly opposite with workers repairing the outside of the building with considerable noise. This was not communicated in advance and was awful. This stay was a complete let down. I had stayed at the property before without such issues. I suggest double checking everything in advance as there is no on site assistance.

Well-sized suite-style room, well-equipped, perfect for a longer stay. Self-check-in did not work, but fortunately there was security person who helped us get in. The place is 10-15 minutes walking distance from the historical center.

Convenient, very clean and with great amenities. I’ve stayed before and will very happily stay again
