A good inexpensive clean hotel that is able to offer reasonable provisions for family rooms. Helpful staff and a good child menu offer. The wait time for food with young children was a bit of a challenge but otherwise a pleasant stay. Great place to visit.

Lovely accommodation -plenty of parking -which is always a problem in Whitby 20 minute walk to the harbour

I arrived on a Sunday and had sent a message several days before to say that I would like an evening meal. I went to the dining area at 8pm only to be told that the kitchen had closed for the evening so I was unable to get anything to eat that evening although I was offered crisps. On arrival I was told that the bar would be open until late so I assumed that I would be able to get a bar meal up until about 10pm. Other than this everything was fine and I would most likely stay again here. It was really convenient for visiting Whitby and parking was free. Breakfast was good but not included in the price of the hotel.

We booked this stay last minute when our other stay fell through due to an inaccurate listing. They were very helpful and we were able to have an enjoyable time in Whitby.

Room was clean although some area in bathroom need touching up. It was satisfactory for our short stay & reasonably priced. Staff welcoming on arrival. Great to have pub next door to get breakfast & dinner when needed.

No really complaints, no lift so stairs were a bit of a pain with bags and room was a bit ratty. Loose loo roll holder, walls a bit grubby and the shower gave surges of scalding hot water but pretty ok with it overall

Good location and just outside Whitby town with easily accessible bus stops. Free car parking for guest. Food typical chain and overpriced and under taste. Room decent size but no lounging chairs. Tv not smart and too small. No fridge. Bed very uncomfortable. Shower over bath and shower curtain. Not for me.

It was good, extensive menu so something for everyone, the ordering app is not that great though, so we ordered at the bar

Well maintained and ample parking. Close to supermarket and town centre.
