We stayed in a very clean room and the staff were very polite and attentive

bed was very comfy, and the fridge in the room was a godsend. The TV didnt work, but i wasnt there to sit and watch it anyway, staff were very friendly and breakfast was delicious. would go back in a heartbeat.

Lovely hospitality. Great breakfast and pub dinner. Burgers are huge! Spacious room. King bed was two singles put together. Floor was slightly slanted due to age of building/subsidence. Great value overall and would stay again.

The room was very clean and comfortable. We had a very long lunch reunion with family members we had not seen for years. The food and the service were excellent and we never felt at all rushed, in spite of sitting for so long. The dining rooms are cosy and comfortable. All in all, a delightful place to visit!

Breakfast was really nice as was the evening meal the night before. Staff also very pleasant and friendly.

A spotless , newly decorated room, lovely, popular pub, friendly staff, some friendly locals - and fabulous food - all at reasonable cost. I stayed 2 nights and would highly recommend the pub and nearby Worcester for a visit.

Staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. Room was warm, clean and comfortable, if I were to nit pick it was a little stark, needs a couple of pictures on the walls and a lamp near the sofa. Food was amazing, fresh, tasty and delcious

The room was great first class on suite and staff couldent have been better.

We had a lovely few days away, close enough into Worcester by a five minute taxi, but far enough out to be quieter. The pub itself was lovely, There is an outdoor area with heaters and blankets so we could enjoy the quieter space. Breakfast was nice, would have been better if there was more of a menu to look at rather than just being asked what we wanted. However scrambled eggs were lovely, can’t fault the food. All in all a lovely stay, we will return (Just to mention the elephant in the room, this is a pub, you can hear the lively atmosphere below you but it wasn’t an issue)
