Breakfast was good and convenient. I liked the self check in as well

Our room included an excellent breakfast! The staff in the Common Area are fantastic ladies!!! our room and hotel were VERY clean!!!

The room was really nice and spacious. Breakfast was amazing. I never got the check in email so we were scrambling trying to get the code for the garage and the room. We got lucky we found a woman to help us. Other than that, we had a great time here

The breakfast was excellent, but no staff members were available between 10:30 AM and 4:30 PM. Additionally, I was not informed that towels, toiletries, and the kettle could be found in the hallway closets.

Would prefer to have a person at check-in. We figured it out.

The check in process was a little bit strange and there was confusion with the parking garage, but when we figured it out, it was easy after that. The door was very difficult to open, even with our code. The breakfast spread was great, but we were missing hot options. I think the only hot option for food was waffles. Overall, we had a great day, but some good scrambled eggs or sausage or something else would've pushed it over the top and gotten a 5.

Everything was amazing. The breakfast, the rooms, the all day coffee, , cleanliness, games in the lobby….everything was perfect. The location was in Midtown not downtown, but it was a very easy bus ride anywhere you needed to go. Also many tour companies pick up right in front of the building.

Super easy in and out. Pretty much everything is well communicated. Room had everything i needed. No more, no less. Good location, although not super close to the downtown so keep that in mind. But the bus system is also super easy to use.

Staff discarded bag full of souvenirs we acquired while on our trip, nothing has been done to make the situation right yet. First person we talked to was very dismissive and said there was nothing they could do and am still waiting on a manager to respond to my correspondence, not even an apology yet.

Didn't receive email with room number and code. Finally received room number and code email. It didn't work. Room was chnaged but you didn't send another email. Asked for a queen bed. you provided 2 sinlges pushed together with 2 single blankets. Why not a queen blanket.

Staff is very welcoming; room is comfortable and spotless. The downstairs living room is spacious and a nice gathering spot for friends.

Loved that we got soup late at night and they were so sweet. Breakfast was best of all hotels.

The hotel's self-checkin is smooth and the room is spacious with comfortable beds. The only downfall is the location which is far from downtown. Would recommend staying here, but keep in mind the price of taxis are very high here. Good value for money.

This was a wonderful hotel to stay in. The grocery store and laundry mat is to the left of the hotel. The bus system was easy to use. The room was very nice and had the best fragrance in the body wash and hand wash. Dining staff very nice
