Convenient location for traveling to Phong Nha - Ke Bang National Park. However, the quality of service has many things to improve. When I arrived, the staff assigned me a room and said that the room was ready for me. But when I entered, there was a dead cockroach surrounded by ants on the floor, there were no towels in the bathroom and no toilet paper either. Of course, when I reported it to the staff, it was quickly resolved, but I have to question the staff's thoroughness in preparing the room for guests.
