It was clean and had everything I needed for the trip. Environment is safe and shopping/ dining options were many around the hotel. Pool was cold so I never used it, hot tub was ok. The check in was annoying, I arrived by 8am and was asked to pay the price of a night for an early check in starting from 10am. I of course refused and waited until 3pm to check in which was really inconsiderate after an 8hr flight. Most hotels try to accommodate you from around 10am if there is an available room at no additional cost. They charge for everything even shower caps and if you have a guest visiting for the night, expect to pay extra. Bad attitude by some staff, otherwise, a decent hotel

Check in was quick. Bed was comfortable and room was quiet. Food at the restaurant was tasty. The food offering was very limited and was mostly finger foods. The bar was poorly stocked. The service was incredibly slow with priority given to table set up and other non customer facing activities. We purchased the only red wine they had (at gouging prices) and had to ask repeatedly for our wine. When the wine came it was already poured in glasses and had to ask 3 more times for the bottle to return to our table. The bottle was not opened in front of us and should never have left our sight; the cork was pushed into the bottle making pouring messy. Serving staff are in desperate need of server training and customer service skills. Breakfast was included with the room however since we were leaving early we asked for take away breakfast. They wanted to charge us $5 USD each. Beware that you must also order your breakfast before 9pm and once placed it cannot be cancelled. We opted to have daily breakfast and other meals at nearby restaurants to avoid the poor service preferring to pay rather than take what was "free". There are several more examples of policies that are self serving at this property; 6 pairs of underwear and socks were sent out for cleaning and the invoice was a little over $60 USD. Poor service, gouging and general unfriendliness of the staff make this property impossible to recommend. Never again for us.

It was our first time in Peru. We had a great experience at Dazzler by Wyndham Lima San Isidro location. The staff was great, very helpful anytime we had questions. The hotel is beautiful, it has a beautiful roof top pool with pretty views. It is in a great location, walkable to pretty much everything you need. Understandably most people there spoke Spanish and we did not. The front desk was always so helpful when it came to helping us translate things etc. The staff was all bilingual. Ikar was especially helpful. He was so nice and professional. Always available to help us out with no problems. I would definitely stay here again!

All the staff were helpful, particularly the front desk. WiFi in the rooms was good, and room was clean. Only two hangars for clothes and our room was a bit noisy. Breakfast was decent, but seemed understaffed as they were always out of plates, coffee cups, etc. Overall a good stay

I stayed at Dazzler by Wyndham Isidora in Lima and was extremely disappointed with the experience. Poor Maintenance: The room had no consistent access to hot water, and the refrigerator didn’t work at all. One of the electrical outlets short-circuited and damaged my personal items—an alarming safety hazard. Cleanliness Issues: The linens on the bed were visibly dirty upon check-in, and cutlery in the restaurant was often unclean. Terrible Service: The front desk staff lacked courtesy and seemed disinterested in resolving issues. The restaurant service was just as poor—breakfast was chaotic, with long waits and missing items. Simply getting a clean cup or plate was a struggle. This hotel does not reflect the standards expected of the Wyndham brand. I would strongly recommend reviewing more reliable options before booking.
