The villa is on the riverside so it is very airy. The area is quite quiet, the location is quite close to the center of the old town so we can walk in (only 800m from the Japanese Covered Bridge). 450m away there are stalls selling food for dinner: grilled skewers, grilled spring rolls, squid, beef fish, cao lau, Quang noodles... and soft drinks.
The room has a balcony and a river view with a very reasonable price of 345k/night. The TV only has cable TV but no internet (the day I checked in, the remote was broken so I couldn't use the TV 😓). In the bathroom, there is only 1 small bottle (I don't use it so I can't see if it's shampoo or shower gel).
Bottled soft drinks are kept in the refrigerator on the ground floor, not in the minibar in each room. The hotel has a small swimming pool in the front yard.
The staff are very enthusiastic in assisting guests. They showed us where to park our car safely and rented us bikes (30k/bike/day).
Overall, the experience was quite OK for the price of 345k.
