Había leído anteriormente que era un lugar muy ruidoso. Aunque esto puede que sea verdad, tuvimos una estancia muy amena. Yo, siempre llevo conmigo tapones para los oídos. Y la verdad me han servido mucho. Nosotros nos hospedamos en el 2do piso y aunque se escuchan ruidos de la calle no son lo suficientemente molestos para interrumpir nuestra tranquilidad. Definitivamente me volvería a hospedar aquí. Ojo no hay lugar para guardar tu equipaje en caso de llegar temprano a Toledo. Tampoco cuenta la ciudad con servicio de carros por aplicación así es que es pertinente llamar a un taxi local. Esto se puede conseguir fácilmente por medio de una simple búsqueda de internet.

Clean and well located. Check in was easy and well communicated. The only downside was the outside noise throughout the night which did affect our sleep.

We loved, loved our stay! The El Greco theme was cool. Right in the heart of Toledo!

Everything as described...in fact, better than expected! Spacious room, clean as a whistle, comfortable bed, innovative check-in system; responsive/proactive staff communicating instructions beforehand. Right in the middle of the city and conveniently located near to an underground parking place. Faultless!

Stylish accommodation ideally situated to explore the area. Spotlessly clean and beautifully presented. A bit different to our usual check in procedures in Spain, as the code wasn't provided until the day but communication was excellent and all went smoothly. There are no tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms but there is a microwave down in the communal area and the ice cream parlour next door sells tea and coffee. Would definitely stay again.

There is too much secrecy. There is no concierge on premises and there is no guarantee you will be able to get in. To make it even worse they send scary messages that they may not send you a code. If you are looking for a peaceful night sleep this is not a place for you. Walls are paper thin and you can hear people breathing on the street. Somebody constantly walking, talking, sometimes fighting and screaming all night. Plus, at 5am light in the room turns on on its own. Plus, it’s right next to church and it randomly can start ringing the bells between 6-8 am…

Has everything you need and more for your stay. Dental kits, shaving kits, shampoo and soap. Very clean and easy to get to. Must stay!

Friendly and very helpful staff during the whole stay. Convenient location and the staff suggested a couple of close by restaurants. Would recommend and stay again.

The room was clean , nicely decorated, close to cafes and restaurants and within walking distance to major attractions. Our room was facing a busy street sometimes it would get loud late at night . However it’s located in a nice area .

Checkin very smooth , as was check out , nice location near the cathedral in the old town, room lovely and clean , fresh towels and toiletries, great value for money.
