smelled great , amazing city

Amazing time every time I stay! Thank you!

The common areas of this property were beat up with huge stains all over the carpets and it smelled. It was disgusting. I left the next morning.

Mi first room was terrible. It looks like they renovated although was a cheap job. Holes in the walls where the AC unit was placed. The shower was not working properly as the water level got stuck up to your ankles. The corridors with carpet full of stain's everywhere. I request immediately to be changed room although the hotel was full booked until Wednesday. So then I was able to get a better room. Still the carpet in the corridors are dirty and full of dust and the reception area on the 3rd floor is not welcoming at all. The only good thing was Selena at the reception what an incredible person. (her professionalism and empathy was amazing).

In this day the tv in the room should at least be a Smart Tv, pillows where thin, overall did not get the boutique hotel feeling

Not the best for what you pay for

This place is well located in San Pedro G.G., but 4-star it is not. The lobby is dirty and in bad shape, as are the hallways. The rooms are admittedly cleaner and tasteful, but nothing to write home about. I’d come back if the price were right, but it’s not high on my list of favorite places to stay in Monterrey. Really great location though.

Another great stay!

I was visiting Monterrey for a wedding . Once I got to my room it was very dirty and there was a huge hole on the wall that I could see wires and it was missing a piece of wall. Didn’t feel safe staying there because it was a big hole and felt like any type of animal could come out from there at night. Room was extremely dusty and dirty it’s not the way it looks on pictures . I told the lady that I didn’t feel safe there and that I wanted my refund she said they would look into it. I received an email yesterday from hotels.com saying that they couldn’t get any feedback from the manager. I am very disappointed with hotels because no one was able to help me . I am not asking for any money back but at least to give me a credit for the money I spent and didn’t stay there . Very dissatisfied and disappointed

Al parecer el hotel esta en remodelación y no es muy buenas condiciones. El ultimo piso se renta al publico para fiestas y todos las noches se nos dificultaba dormir por el ruido. No hay seguridad, por lo mismo de que se renta para eventos cualquier persona puede entrar y salir. Los cuartos si estaban amplios y limpios. La ubicacion también es buena, hay buenos lugares para comer, salir de noche y también para ir de compras.
