If you want to be close to the action in downtown Toronto this is the place to book. We got a great deal on the 3 bedroom and it served us well. The unit we stayed in could definitely use some minor fixes and you could tell it has been well used. If you are planning on cooking full meals, the kitchen supplies are somewhat limited. But for our needs we were not in it a lot, so it served us well. Would I rate it as a 5 star property? No! But for a place to sleep and to be close to everything downtown Toronto has to offer you probably can’t beat it for the price. We were worried about all the reviews about the elevators and only experienced a few delays where we had to wait for quite some time. We found that when we wanted to go down to the lobby it was often full, so we hit the button to go up, got on when it was empty, went up and then went back down. Didn’t think of this until our last day but it definitely worked.

No complaints! Owner was quick to communicate and helpful, secured a parking spot for me in the building on quite short notice (morning of check-in). Check-in and check-out process was very simple and smooth, no hiccups. View from the room was gorgeous, actual bedrooms and bathrooms were somewhat small but considering our group was basically only here to shower and sleep, that was no issue for us. The main living room/kitchen space was plenty large and comfortably fit all six guests as well. Unit was clean and the building was nice and quiet. The high rise elevator did occasionally take a while to arrive, but that has nothing to do with the unit I rented, I'm more mentioning that for anyone else's future planning if they're staying in this building.

Pros - Nice to have a full kitchen and laundry. The location was awesome. Cons - It was crazy hot and the heat was not adjustable. The bed was lumpy.

Kitchen was fine...could have had a few more instructions on how to use the appliances. Maybe a print out on the table when guests enter the apartment the first time

Great location, the layout is spacious and functional. You do have to make an additional payment for the damage deposit which I had never done before. The cleanliness and maintenance of the place was like a 3.5/5 for us.

It listed a pool - it is a seasonal pool and was under renovation. Had I known I would not have taken bathing attire. The bed was a mattress only no boxspring. It was hard to get up & down. Felt like we were sleeping on the floor. Location was perfect as was the view and sunsets. We stayed for 2 weeks more hangers would be appreciated. We felt an occasional chair would have added to our comfort as well. The fridge door handle was coming unscrewed and I always had a hard time opening it. Front door lock was loose. I advised owner but neither issue was addressed during our stay. |Finally, the front door needs a seal around it. Smells and noise were constantly waffling into suite.

They asked to check-in 72 hour prior arrival so i did. They requested a security deposit, picture of passport and selfie of the person who booked holding the passport. I completed every step and even then, when i arrived the security guard wouldnt let me and ma family in to the building arguing that they were not comunicated about my arrival. Tried contacting the management and no one answered the phone. Terrible check-in

Was a nice location for doing the Jays games. Thermostats are locked so it was hot as theybwere set at 23 degrees Celsius, some of the decore was damaged and not kept up. One shower didnt work so everyone had to use the master ensuite with low water pressure

Having to be 25 or older to check in felt a bit ridiculous. Especially without any heads up about that while booking. The ac didn’t work so we had to constantly keep the window open. And communication with the host during check in was messy and a bit frustrating. But the building was in a very convenient spot for a good price.

This apartment was perfectly located across the street from the CN Tower, Ripley's Aquarium and more. So many restaurants and activities were within walking distance which I appreciated. There were some hiccups with the host company concerning parking and communication however everything was resolved in the end.

This company is actually known as Global Stays. They hide this well, as their reviews are awful. I arrived to a hotel lobby where I was told I was supposed to have completed a form 72 hours before which I never received, in order to get access. This includes sending a selfie with ID and a deposit for the room - all outside of Expedia. I tried to call a number provided, and they had an AI agent, not a real person, who couldn't help. Everything was directed to send this sensitive information to a web address and wait? I wasn't able to contact anyone, then seeing reviews I was concerned. Reports of withholding the deposit, room not as described, dirtyness, lack of security and bugs - I felt unsafe and decided to leave and go to another hotel. I contacted Expedia immediately - I think this is a scam company.
