I booked two nights. Couldn’t stay the 2nd night because of an emergency. They told me that they would refund me but they didn’t.

Hotel was beautiful but service was terrible. Staff lied about food and drink service. Restaurant and bar closed early. Our order took too long to arrive and there was no other guest in the hotel. At check out felt like a criminal due to staff telling us we could not leave until room was inspected. Don’t waste your money on this over priced hotel.

I chose this property because of its proximity to the nearby Pyramid and market. The hotel itself was a little rundown: 1. The shelving in the room closet was unusable. The shelves were slanted and not at a 90 degree angle; 2. The lock for the balcony door didn't latch and the hotel was not able to get a locksmith on-site for 2 more days; and 3. The room safe's battery was dead, so we were unable to store valuables. With a little TLC, this place could easily garner some higher star ratings.

Really clean modern apartment in great area with everything nearby would definitely stay again Hot water a bit hit and miss especially in evenings and had no kettle so bought one and left it there for next guest Wifi great and 24/7 security

El hotel tiene 3 años. Está bien mantenido y el staff es muy servicial y amable. Solo se me hizo un poco caro el precio para el nivel del hotel. El jacuzzi dentro de la habitación siento que lo hace parecer "motel". El desayuno es un buffet muy limitado, pero suficiente. Tiene buen estacionamiento.

Un lugar muy agusto para pasar el día, aunque la música estaba a todo volumen y nosotros preferimos los lugares más silenciosos. Hacia falta mosquiteros o un extractor en el baño, pues se sentía muy encerrado y no podíamos abrir la ventana por los moscos. En cuanto a las amenidades, shampoo, jabón, cepillos de dienes, deberían de tener opciones eco friendly, todo era de plástico. Fuera de eso la atención del staff fue excelente.

This boutique hotel is so beautiful and in an amazing location in the town. The grounds are absolutely gorgeous! The rooms are spacious and elegantly decorated. I would definitely stay here again!

Property is new, very clean, and has a more private feel as a boutique hotel. The staff is attentive, solutions oriented, and very accommodating to guests. The rooms are spacious and have their own 2 person jacuzzi which is great for a romantic get away. We really enjoyed our stay!

El lugar es espectacular, se agradece que las albercas y el jacuzzi (tanto el interior como el exterior) la temperatura del agua es caliente. La comida excelente, tienen unos higos rellenos de queso envueltos de cecina que son deliciosos. El desayuno (incluido) no se crean que es continental de rebanadas de pan blanco con mantequilla y café, no, Aqui te sirven y bien. Todos muy serviciales y atentos a cualquier petición. El mercado y las zonas turísticas y de comida, todo a pie, prácticamente dejas el auto en el garage. Todo excelente, ya la hice mi casa de descanso.
