Really great interior design choices. Staff were great and went above and beyond to assist with things outside of the call of duty. Location was nice and quiet and was surrounded by convenience stores; The nearest subway was 4 minutes away (despite having a lot of stairs-so be careful if travelling with luggage); I liked that the connecting line wasn't one of the congested ones but also got us to most places that we needed to go quickly. Our room view was a little odd (it was looking directly into someone 's office so we had to keep the blinds down at all times)-but not a dealbreaker. Only gripe is that there wasn't a TV, but this was something we knew booking into the hotel so if you plan to stay here make sure you take care of your own entertainment:) Thank you Team d hotel (and we miss the"Noise Cancellation"room scent a lot!).

The hotel is not worth it. Not really what I expected. The room is quite too small. Actually it 's perfect fit for 1 person. The water drainage in the bathroom was clogged. It 's made me feel unsafe as every time when using hair dryer it 's makes the bedside lights flicker. Definitely not go back again.

D hotel is a very nice hotel, situated near Asakusabashi station. The room is surprisingly quite big for hotel in Tokyo. The bed is very comfortable and amenities are very good. We had delicious breakfast too. Very recommended!

Very very bad ! Don't care for customer satisfaction, bad hotel policy, bad manager negotiation. When I was at the property, I was forced to pay/book for 2 daughters that they are 11 & 9 years old. they are still in primary school, cute, not big/fat. This standard room size is 140x200 and available for 2 adults. I already booked superior twin room since long time. The room has 2 bed and the size for each bed is 128x200. if compare to standard room size that I mentioned above, this room is suitable for 3-4 people. the manager who has the responsibility to decide, forced me to pay 2 children for price jpy 5000+tax for each kid. I've already tried many ways/negotiate, but very very bad and force strictly. beside that, very very bad facilities. you have to ask hotel sandals/slippers. there is electric kettle but no cup. and when you ask the cup, there's only cup paper. and you had to ask to make up room. I travelled many cities in japan, lived in hotels. and only this hotel treated no mercy.

The hotel is still very new. Not yet launched. Very clean, hi tech, fun, the beds are soft, there is an internet tab, the aminities are nice, minimalist, very comfortable, close to the bakurocho jar station. When I return to Tokyo, I will definitely stay here.
