Poor check in very little little info in the place ie places shut in a Monday! Poor communication with the hotel when we left are rucksack. Placec though was nice and the lady in the morning very pleasant.

Lovely property decorated nicely. Bathroom could do with a little more love but it was clean and the room was tidy. Bed was very comfy too. There wasn’t any water in my room on arrival though which it should have been. Breakfast was very basic with toast and cereal on offer. Check in is at 3 but no staff work during this time, making check in feel a bit unwelcoming but they are available on phone. Make sure you know how to contact them otherwise you won’t knew able to get in through the street door. Overall though a pleasant stay.

We stayed in the family room which was huge, over 2 floors. The room was very high spec. Pool is a community pool, 5 min walk away. Cost of this is 3euros per adult, 2euros per child. Cash is preferred. The location of the pool is phenomenal. The children loved it. The bar opposite the hotel serves food and accepts card payments. Service and gin and tonics were excellent!

The property is clean, located in a safe neighborhood. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed their breakfast every morning.

Overnight stay to check out the surrounding area. A very pleasant place to stay.

Very disappointed. False advertisement! They had pictures of a pool and also stated they had one but, they did not! They told us we could use the community pool which was somewhere in town but, could not even bother to give us directions. No one was there to help us, and there wasn’t even a refrigerator we could use to store my birthday cake or get ice. It was a furnished ikea studio without even a small fridge and the room smelt of mould. We left immediately as it ruined my birthday and went home within one hour of booking it. They also refused to refund us! Never again. Hotels.com was also not willing to rectify the situation.

Svingende kvalitet af service fra personalet: i to dage oplevede vi personalet som havde mere travlt med at snakke privat i tlf end at sørge for gæsterne, i to dage hvor der kom en anden person til, var oplevelsen en helt anden - god! Prisen svarer ikke til kvaliteten. Vi boede på et værelse hvor en hver bevægelse fra naboværelset kunne høres samt delte vi ventilator med naboværelset som gjorde at hver gang der blev tændt lyset på naboværelset, kørte /larmede ventilatoren. Upersonligt sted.

Nous avons apprecié les 3 nuits passés ici. Le bémol étant sur : * le bruit (dû à une mauvaise isolation, ce n'etait pas la faute des personnes) * l'humidité. La salle de bain garde beaucoup l'humidité malgré le systeme de ventilation. Cela laisse une odeur désagréable. En dehors de cela, le personnel est agréable, le village est mignon et bien situé, la pièce commune est bien équipé : accès à une boulloire, café, micro-onde. Mention spéciale pour les petits-déjeuners que j'ai trouvé généreux.

Muchísimo ruido por la noche. Se oye todo como si estuviese dentro de la habitación. Si tiran de la cadena, si se mueven en la cama, la calle, .... vamos, imposible descansar

POSITIV: gute Betten, Ort liegt zentral im Norden MITTELMÄSSIG: dasFrühstück! Wir waren dort für 3 Nächte und was als besonderes Frühstück beworben wird, sind Toast, Eier die man in der Mikrowelle aufwärmen kann, abgezählter Aufschnitt, der tgl. gleich war, ein Klecks Marmelade und wenn man Glück hatte, gab es es noch ein Scheibchen Tomate… Das Zimmer was wir hatten war ein Penthouse für 4 Personen, welches ok war, aber zwingend nachgearbeitet werden müsste (Sofa gebrochen…) NEGATIV: keine Rezeption und keine direkten Ansprechpartner; bis Mittags ist Personal vor Ort ( 1! Mitarbeiterin), danach nur noch per Telefon, der beworbene Außenpool ist das örtliche Schwimmbad, was fußläufig in ca 7 Minuten (bergauf, bergab) zu erreichen ist. Es gibt einen Mini-Innenhof, aber der lädt mit seinem Mobiliar nicht zum verweilen ein und somit geht man am Besten direkt nach dem Frühstück auf Tour und kommt nur zum Schlafen zurück! FAZIT: maximal 2 Sterne für diese Pension und nur zur Durchreise (max. 2 Nächte) zu empfehlen Hätten wir unseren ganzen Urlaub dort verbringen müssen, wären wir spätestens nach der 3 Nacht so oder so abgereist Die Bewertung auf Booking MUSS ZWINGEND angepasst werden, Leute lest euch Aale Bewertungen durch, nicht nur die erst 4 oder 5

Chambre humide avec traces de moisi et humidité au plafond, on avait du mal à respirer. Le choix du petit déjeuner était minimaliste.

Unterkunft ansich wie auf den Bildern und sehr hübsch, leider hatten wir überall Ameisen sowohl im Bad als auch im Schlafzimmer. Leider wurden wir nicht über ein Fest informiert welches direkt vor der Tür stattgefunden hat, leider ging es bis morgens um 7… hat uns leider den Schlaf so sehr geraubt, dass wir eine Nacht woanders geschlafen haben. Sonst eine sehr süße Unterkunft und nettes Frühstück. Pool ist das örtliche Freibad 500 Meter weiter

Primero de todo habitación muy húmeda, y si tiene aire acondicionado pero no funciona, así que te apañas con un ventilador. Si por la noche quieres beber agua fría te jodes porque no hay ni una pequeña nevera. Desayuno un poco justito. Pone servicio de piscina, y claro es la piscina del pueblo que está a 300 metros. No lo recomiendo por la calidad precio y la distancia a todo.

The place is nice, but the big problem is with air conditioner at room. In our room wasn’t working and was impossible to sleep the two nights. The thermostat was a 34 degree inside the room, very bad experience in our stay in Palma de Mallorca.

Estuvimos un fin de semana. Es un lugar acogedor, el personal muy amable, la habitación tenía smart TV y aire acondicionado. El pueblecito muy bonito y bastante bien ubicado, cerca de Inca, donde puedes comprar, comer, etc. La verdad es que estuvimos muy a gusto y la única pega que pondríamos es el desayuno, que nos pareció escaso y poco variado, aunque tenías agua y café durante todo el día disponible.

Beautiful hotel, amazing people

La atención fue más que excelente! Fueron muy amables, serviciales y considerados durante toda nuestra estancia. El lugar es muy acogedor y el pueblo muy pintoresco en la Sierra de Tramontana (muy cerca de pequeñas rutas de senderismo) La habitación muy cómoda y con todo lo que uno puede necesitar para una estancia, el desayuno muy completo y rico. Con estacionamiento en pocos metros. Estamos muy contentos de habernos hospedado aquí y lo recomiendo mucho, sin duda uno de los mejores hospedajes en lo que me quede hasta ahora.
