Very good breakfast, centrally located. Excellent staff

Like many streets in Porto and back home, so many people are homeless, but this is a social problem, not a hotel issue. The hotel is within walking distance of the attractions, grocery stores and many restaurants.

Lovely stay at this hotel. Perfect location for exploring the city. Good breakfast. Quiet room. Friendly and helpful staff.

New hotel next to Downtown Porto

The hotel is conveniently located near many attractions and restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our 5-nights stay.

The hotel was chosen based on its location and the fact that it had its own parking lot. They were attentive in responding to messages sent and information provided at check-in. The room made good use of space, without compromising comfort, with a good quality bed and pillows. The bathroom had a good shower and was clean. Breakfast included a variety of fruit, pastries, breads and cold cuts, in addition to the basics.

Beautiful clean room with lovely balcony and fantastic views. Very comfortable bed, excellent shower, plenty of storage in room and lovely tea and coffee making facilties in room. Breakfast was good with helpful staff and a nice garden to enjoy.

One issue was no place to get pickup or drop off luggage in front of the hotel, since it’s on a very busy street to cross.

Hotel was perfect for three nights in Porto. 10-15 minute walk to Cathedral and funicular railway. Room was spacious, modern and very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. Great selection and lovely pastries. Hotel staff were very professional, helpful and friendly.

we missed the opportunity to have a swim in the beautiful (unheated) pool on the roof.

I had such a wonderful stay here - the hotel is perfectly clean , well managed, great service and perfect location for walking to the city center. The photos are a true reflection of the rooms. Only thing I would rate low was the restaurant which is quite small and you may have to wait your turn to eat and breakfast options could be better.

The room face to the street is not that quiet. Can hear cars and buses. Not friendly to light sleeper.

I loved this hotel! The bed was so comfortable and breakfasts were delicious with a wonderful variety. I had a large sunny balcony and the views included the Duoro River. It was very close to all the major sites including the Riberia District. I walked everywhere. I had a very noisy neighbor and the hotel staff took care of the problem immediately. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is in a great location, close to shops, local attractions and restaurants. All the staff is pleasant, helpful and accommodating. This was our third stay at the hotel. The only thing that I do miss is the bathrobes and slippers which we had on our first stay. I would strongly recommend this hotel.
