Wonderful stay. Lovely receptionist

Absolutely fabulous pension very close to everything you need in San Sebastián. Lovely friendly staff very spacious comfy quiet room. You are only ever a few minutes of easy walking to the beaches old town and fabulous bars cafes and restaurant. It’s now our favourite place to stay in beautiful San Sebastián

Lovely hotel in the most perfect location for exploring San Sebastián with really welcoming friendly and helpful staff. If we return to San Sebastián we would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location. Friendly staff. Lovely room with balcony. Could have done with more tea/ milk in room and more towel changes. Lovely coffee in the morning. Recommend for a few nights in San Sebastián.

This pension was small, but so clean and comfortable. We spend 9 days in San Sebastián and the location was perfect! The staff was so kind and helpful and we absolutely loved our stay!

Very personable feel. Staff was always happy to help with recommondations for dining and attractions. Location could not be any better...perfect.

The staff was amazing. They made check in and check out easy. They gave suggestions on places to go and were helpful in arranging a car rental for us. The rooms were small but very clean. Thank you for making our stay wonderful!

Fantastic location. Wonderful room with balcony. Staff were lovely and took the time to give us recommendations on where to go and where to eat. Right next to both the Old Town and the concha beach and lots of facilities all around. Loved our stay here and would definitely stay again.

Great location, a couple blocks outside of old town. Quiet at night, clean and comfy. Staff was super friendly and gave us a comprehensive rundown of things to see, do and eat during our stay

Only down side I really would have appreciated milk or milk alternative in the room.. There was a kettle and disposable cups ..all good but hot drinks choice limited. That is why I have given facility 4 stars - bit mean I know !

Great location and helpful pleasant staff. However the room was extremely small with no room for my bag. The decor was a bland boring grey. A no frills practical pension.

Great location and nice hotel. We had a very early flight and had to wait with luggage at coffee shop until after 9am to store suitcases until check-in opened.

This is a superb accommodation beyond our expectation and good value for money.

Requested a sea view at time of booking 4 months in advance) I was told this couldn’t be guaranteed, which is fair enough. However, at check in, we were given a street view room and when we asked for a sea view one, we were told that they had to switch rooms around and that basically, everyone else had checked in, so it was kind of done on an allocation on arrival. We checked in at 2.30 and the earliest check in was 2 but maybe people were already there in the sea view rooms?? Later that evening on our way out at 6.30 ish, another couple were checking in and were shown to the sea view room!! Bathroom was very ‘snug’ although shower cubicle was large. You need to open the door to use the tiny sink to clean your teeth and shaving was a trial! The area around the sink was black and the seal on the shower door was also black, there were also silverfish crawling on the floor at times. The room was next to the reception and although the window stopped the outside noise, you could hear everything said at reception and people coming and going. There is complimentary coffee available from 9-12 so not that helpful for early risers! The location is excellent and the bed was comfortable but overall I would not recommend.

Not a hotel, had a hard time locating the property. Maybe my fault. Otherwise good location and nice room.

Great location. Nice room. Service by 1st receptionist abrupt, non caring-no empathy for our confusion as to where Parking was located. There was a lobby with coffee which was great, but the lights would only go on for 30 seconds at a time until 9 AM

Super kind staff, very convenient location. Just few minutes walk to the beach. Bathroom sink is very tiny, so it was a bit hard when I brushed teeth/washed face.
