hotel lobby is under renovation, check in process is okay, room is great, breakfast we only got buffet ala carte, for buffet there is an additional fee, just walk to the farm, walk up and down a little hill...but it's hard to find parking, there are many restaurants in that area...

Though the rain shower wasn't working, WiFi connection was disrupted during the night, no face towels, Housekeeping didn't clean our room as they only had 2 staff to clean the whole hotel & they came at 9pm+ to want to clean our room, and the noodle soup during breakfast wasn't good, the hotel is in a strategic location to attractions & facilities nearby. Staff are also friendly. Whole hotel needs to be renovated to upkeep to a modern hotel though

We need to find a way so that people don't have to wait long at the counter.

Good location, convenient and easy to access. However, the apartment we stayed in was not well maintained, the furniture looked old, and the bed was uncomfortable as we could feel the springs, which caused back pain after waking up. The staff mentioned that the apartment is owned by a private owner and managed separately, with the hotel acting only as the middle person. I would suggest not booking the apartment unit, but other hotel rooms seem to be fine according to the staff.

Alhamdulillah. It was great to sleep here for 3 days and 2 nights.. the kids loved it. We were happy too.

The room is large and comfortable... there's a bathtub. The hotel's location is strategic. I'll definitely repeat my next trip to Cameron...

-Bathroom wall mouldy,dirty & bathroom floor dirty - no microwave provided -no floor mat for both toilet until requested Otherwise, this is 2nd time stay there..will come again..hopefully,hotel management will take action on this matter. Tq

The lighting was ridiculous. It was bright cool bright light by the sides of the tv. The amount of people running and shouting early morning is crazy. The pillow was so hard it looks more like a cushion from a sofa.

The location is very strategic near to all famous place. The food was delicious but only the misunderstood with buffet menu and set which is i not understand

very near to kea farm. huge room for this type n comfort. there is enough parking at basement. they provide coway i. each floor. but for breakfast i get set type if u want to change bufet need to add rm7 per pax

better book for hotel room rather book the apartment unit. The bedsheet cover, pillow and everything uncleaned. Worst ever.

I booked 2 rooms (king n superior)but can’t get same floor. According to receptionist diff. room diff floor..and the problem is my card cannot access to another floor..u think???
