Everything seems good here. It is a proper hotel with good facilities. It is a stone's throw away to KSL mall and it is connected to some shophouses.

The hotel is comfortable, the staff is not very friendly but efficient. The location is not in the city center, quite close to the KSL mall, but far from tourist attractions. It is also difficult to find a HALAL place to eat around the hotel.

Strategic and affordable hotel in the center of Johor Bahru City, in front of the hotel there is a bus stop that makes it easy to get anywhere. Behind the hotel, approximately 500M away, there is the KSL mall which is one of the largest malls in JB. The view around the city from the hotel is very beautiful. Highly recommended.

Okay and acceptable conditions on the 2nd room. Rejected the first one located at the corner with blinking light and moving curtains 😨 # 14-14.

The front desk service OK OK only can be improved. Breakfast nothing to shout about. Room is comfortable but suddenly no power in the mid night. Probably technical issue. My expectations is higher about your hotel but not meeting my expectations.

This was a very comfortable hotel, good accommodation and feeling good always staying in this hotel.

Everything is fine, but when check out, a lot of people check out at the same time long Q waiting for the receptionists refund our deposit, I believe there is some ways to let guest to check out easy.

Sorry. I think this hotel is beautiful, but there are many things that need to be fixed, such as the street parking lot. It's very narrow, my car got scratched all over. Then my room leaked on the wall when I called maintenance, they couldn't give a solution, they said to call housekeeping to clean it, but I understand, okay. But the maintenance staff's response was very unfriendly. The cleanliness of the room was very clean.

Overall a very good 1 nite only stay during ramadhanw my wife to get our last minute shopping stuff. Impress with d sahur buffet w full spread display and quality and taste is good. As usual big room even though we get non renovated room but it 's clean. Only setback was d old sanyo small TV dat need to be change. Otherwise its a good stay. Good job to d Hotel team for keeping the property in good shape even its an old property in JB. As a hotelier myself I'm hepi w the standard and quality.
