I will file a complaint with motac (ministry of tourist and culture) and sispaa. I have been staying here for a long time every time I go to kl. but this is the last. I was charged rm 200 for spilling sambal near the bed sheet and bedcover which I did not do. They asked for a deposit of rm 200 at the beginning and then, they did not return the deposit and continued to charge me for accusing me of making a mistake by spilling sambal near the property. If the bed sheet is torn, the mistake is acceptable. but this is not logical at all. Please look at the picture. The diameter of the size of the spilled sambal is around 5-10cm which is small dirt only and can be washed. I do not recommend people to come here again. This is an irresponsible action by the management of this hotel. Wait for the sispaa report and motac complaint!
