A very beautiful hotel with a beach view. The hotel is also clean.

The room was too old and needed refreshing and decorating. The room also smelled unpleasant.

everything’s great! everything’s convenient! you can go straight to the beach from the resort. the room, pool and garden are clean and well maintained. it was a pleasant and enjoyable stay

Overall OK, but some of the room extensions weren’t working. I hope they’ll repair them and improve things moving forward. The best part is the walking-distance access to the beach, jetskis, parasailing, and more. You can also reach Ferringhi Bay Foodcourt via the beach, walking through Parkroyal and Hard Rock Hotel.

Easy to access to the beach, which is very convenient. Swimming pools was very clean too. The room is big, however the bedframe is way bigger than the bed hence the side drawer is very far 🥲 If you need to charge your phone while lying down, I suggest you to carry extension plug 🤣
