I really like the strategic location of the hotel, easy to get everywhere.

Easy to get around, easy to hail a shuttle, and you can walk directly to Chinatown Point mall from the hotel via a long walkway that keeps you dry in the rain.

This is a great, family-friendly hotel that's in a great location. Very walkable spot and close to the metro, malls, and Chinatown.

There was a musty, cigarette smell in the room, but overall it was okay.

Furama has always been my go to hotel in Singapore. Located just across People Park Centre and close to food centres.

I had stayed for 2D1N and it was the nicest hotel I have ever stayed in Singapore. I love to stay at Chinatown area because I only hang out in this area. Very convenient to take MRT, near all shopping malls I love. Love the food court in People's Park Center and love shopping at OG. This is the must-stay hotel in Chinatown area.

The staff were very friendly and efficient during check-in and check-out.

It turns out that the room I usually book for 3 people is now smaller after the renovation.

Strategic location and near MRT station, check in process took very long

The hotel's location is excellent, within walking distance of the MRT and convenient access to food. However, if you book a room, you may need to specify a non-smoking area. Otherwise, you may be assigned a smoking floor, which may smell of cigarette smoke along the hallways and in the room.

Good location, spacious room, we will stay at this hotel again next time.
