Nice hotel, clean and everything ok

Strategic hotel area... near food & coffee shop in Riau, Bandung.

The staff was very helpful, but the service was okay. Otherwise, I felt it was lacking. There was no mini fridge in the room, the sink faucet was wobbly, the glass shower door was noisy, the mattress was uncomfortable, and the room smelled damp.

Overall, the family room type with affordable price is okay, the only minus is the cleanliness and coincidentally on the last day of stay there was an AC leak so it was not comfortable, hopefully it will be better in the future.

Friendly service, okay rooms. Quiet atmosphere, good for relaxing.

The hotel's cleanliness is lacking, especially in the restaurant.. wow, there are small animals flying around on the food.. plus there are small cockroaches passing by the dining table.. the food was already finished at 9 o'clock. The hotel's location is very good, the room is spacious, but the cleanliness is lacking., oh yeah, I booked 2 rooms, one of them got a bigger upgrade 👍 but unfortunately, there were geckos in the other room too huhu I want to go back again but it's a bit traumatized

The location is very strategic, with easy walking distance to the Riau region. However, because it's an older hotel, the beds are a bit uncomfortable.

So far, it's been a pleasant stay. The room's ambiance is also comfortable. It's just a shame that the AC leaked when we were about to relax, but it's fine. Luckily, we were comfortable. So far, I'm satisfied. The only thing missing is a smart TV.

The room was poorly maintained and seemed a bit shabby. Only one elevator was operational, even though there was a wedding reception that day. Guests had to wait a long time to get on and off.

Please check the water condition again, even if the room is not occupied for a long time, quality and comfort are prioritized.
