Hotel management need to keep other costumer to respect other privacy because when there is group travelling its make to much noise

Like this hotel but need advise other client to respect others privacy because of noise

the location is very strategic which is in the middle of city . the parking is right infront of the hotel . since we’re arrived in the middle of night , the parking was free . i just need to pay RM9 only from 8 am until 12 pm . after we enter main entrance , the staff were very friendly . I don’t have to pay for additional charge even we are entering the room more than actual pax . Furthermore , there are so many pillows provided at the cabinet . but there are certain pillows with a bad smell even the pilow case are changed , but the smell are still there . Apart from that , the amount of hanger provided are very helpful for me to hang all of my clothes . the view from my window are very nice . furthermore , the facilities are made available such as tv , hairdryer , water heater , iron and many others . they also provide a full bottle of shampoo , body wash and even a foamy handwash . overall i am satisfied with this hotel

The hotel is very close to the metro station, about 3km from the city center, so it is easy to visit other destinations. The hotel staff is very enthusiastic. The room is spacious, airy, and has windows.

Very satisfied.. this is my 6th time staying at this hotel this year..

Location is very near to city centre and the room is very spacious for its price. The only thing if the hotel could improve were no toothbrush provided. Normally hotel for this level do provide them

The hotel staff is so-so. The location seems less strategic because there is a little food court and it is quite far from Sevel. I always go everywhere and order food from Grab. However, there was a mystical and funny incident on the second night at 11 pm, someone tapped a card to my room and opened the door, but when I looked at it, the door was very wide open but there was no one in front of the door or hallway. My room was at the very end when there was a bend in the legok. Second, at 1-2 am it seemed like someone was trying to open the room door from the outside, when I looked there was no one in front of the hallway door. When I checked out, I forgot and didn't have time to ask the receptionist about it. But overall a good hotel, spacious, clean, suitable for families.
