Good: 1. The room offers beautiful, relaxing views of giraffes and other animals. 2. The safari and night safari activities were awesome, well-planned, smooth, and very enjoyable. 3. We had a wonderful close-up experience with animals like peacocks and parrots, plus feeding giraffes, elephants, zebras, rabbits, and more. To be improved: 1. The receptionist seemed unprofessional, and the staff were not very friendly. 2. We understood from receptionist that private giraffe feeding was from 9:30 am to 11:00 am, but we were asked to leave by 10:30 am. 3. There was constant noise, like hammering or knocking, throughout the night. 4. The toilet bowl was clogged and couldn’t flush properly. 5. The phone line was out of service after maintenance.

Overall, it was a great stay here for a night. We did not expect the good room conditions as we knew it looked a bit outdated. Had buffet for dinner but to be honest it wasn't good as many dishes are duplicated. On the other hand, staff were really helpful and attentive and the view with animals was outstanding! These covered all downsides here.

Stayed for two nights in April 2024, booked the level one room due to fully booked on level two, but the view at level one was great too. Staff were all very friendly.

The room floods when it rains, the position of carrying 2 toddlers to move the room has to be packed, once the pick-up car is ready it takes a long time to eat late, the staff is friendly but the facilities don't match the price. Just come here once

Very happy to stay here. Been back for the third time. Clean rooms. The staff is very friendly. The birthday event was also lively there thanks to the help of the staff. Deffinetly coming back soon.

The room is spacious, the bed is soft, clean, can see giraffes and zebras from the balcony. The restaurant is also delicious, eat with the lions!

We enjoyed our 1 night stay here. What a wonderful experience especially for my kid-she loved watching and feeding those animal playing around from the balcony. Also friendly staff and tasty breakfast.

The service is good. It's just maybe because of the high rainfall, so the floors are moldy, the cupboards are really dusty and the mattress pillow covers are damp. Maybe the housekeeping can be improved, yes. Before guests occupy the room, the room is cleaned first.

Wake up to a view of African animals really is an amazing experience! We booked Swala room (ground floor) with connecting door and very satisfied. Staffs are very kind and helpful. Lobby is very near to park, so if you feel a little tired at the park, you can take a break at your room. Breakfast with lion is also very exciting. Overall we enjoyed every activities here.

I am very grateful to traveloka and mara river, because they were given a kifaru room which can see animals directly from behind the room, maybe this is the only kifaru room that has a direct view of animals, so it was very memorable, especially my children. In the morning at breakfast all the staff were very kind and friendly, I was even chosen a table close to the lion. Thank you for a very pleasant experience, really recommended anyway.

Great, my children are very happy here. They can swim at swimming pool, they also can see wildebeest, deer and rhino from our bedroom. If you want enough time to have another experience, you should to on time check-in.

There are too many different regulations from other 5-star hotels, for example breakfast is only for 2 adults, not including children, so the resort is not family friendly, anything is subject to an extra charge, so that in the future it can be improved and better.

Kami booking 2kamar tipe swala di lantai bawah yang connecting room saat menginap di malam hari tiba-tiba hujan lebat karena posisi kamar lebih rendah dari jalan tiba-tiba air masuk ke kamar kami dan banjir di dlm kamar kami panik dan menghubungi pihak hotel akhirnya kamar kami di upgrade ke atas yang tipe twiga. Untuk breakfast hanya include 2 dewasa 2 anak kami tidak termasuk. Padahal biasanya kami staycation 1kamar include 2dewasa dan 2anak mungkin regulasi dan kebijakan pada mara resort bisa dibuat lebih fleksibel seperti resort lain agar kami orangtua bisa nyaman staycation bersama anak. Terima kasih.

Puas banget menginap di sini, makanan di resto Tsavo Lion juga enak-enak masakannya, anak senang banget makan bareng singa. Anak nyaman banget selama di sini, seneng, sayang cuma semalam, kurang. minimal 2 hari kayaknya kalau stay di sini, makasih ya Bali Safari, next bakalan menginap di sini lagi.
