Enjoyed staying at Ibis, a legendary hotel... the location is close to everywhere, the hotel is clean.

A comfortable hotel because it's located in the city center. Only the Wi-Fi isn't that great... other than that, everything is comfortable even though the building is a bit old.

The towels look dull with loose threads all over them, the bathroom floor covering is damaged and a tripping hazard.

Overall, this hotel is nice: clean rooms, limited parking, but friendly and helpful staff. The location is also very strategic, close to Simpang Lima.

Please expand the parking area

Dirty needs to be renovated, it's old, but Ibis is everywhere

just for transit in the center of Semarang... the hotel should be modernized, it seems like an old hotel, but it is quite clean and the service is friendly.

Breakfast on July 6, 2025, I asked for it to be packed because I wanted to leave around 4:30-5:00 AM. I waited until 5:15 AM, but it wasn't there. Crazy, bro. I couldn't eat until 11:00 AM at the event venue. I was hoping to have breakfast on the way to Kendal.

Friendly staff, providing complete and helpful information. Clean bedrooms and bathrooms. Electronic devices and water heaters are functioning properly.

The room equipment looks very shabby, like the pillow cases and towels are shabby.

The breakfast menu lacks variety, the food is like in a food stall, not like a hotel chef's cooking, sorry chef, but this is real.

The hotel is strategically located near Simpang Lima. Near the food center. Unfortunately, the hotel has quite a lot of floors but only has 2 active lifts. When it's busy, we have to wait quite a long time.

Very good service and beautiful room, recommended.
