I have been staying at the hotel before. Unfortunately my latest experiences staying it’s a bit disappointing about my late check-out as I mentioned already when I booked for two rooms, sadly they didn’t grant me, even though we arrived a bit late to check-in at that time. Perhaps, they don’t give such a personalised services for repeater guests like me. So be it! The reason I stay there because the location, it’s close to Sanur beach and to Sanur port. What I love from this resort - breakfast time, my Muslim family can grab halal food. And as for me I love how they also give a space for people with certain dietary preferences like me who doesn’t it cow. Also I think the one who has given me the boiled eggs need to be more friendly as I was waiting so long and he has not said apologies either. Hopefully the friendliness and services how to treat guests - especially repeaters guest could work generally whether “Bule” or “Not Bule”.

Spacious hotel and strategic location, close to the beach, pleasant

It's a nice location, close to the beach, it's only a 5-minute drive to the mall, the food at the restaurant is also delicious, but one of the front desk staff, the woman who served the welcome drink, was a bit unfriendly. I took the welcome drink and she said, "Are you checking in here?" I said yes, 2 nights, then she said it's just for one drink. "Oh my gosh, I'm staying for 2 nights, so I asked for just one glass and she said maybe because I'm a local, not a foreigner, so she said. Even though I saw the foreigners going back and forth to get it, she just kept quiet. I was a bit offended.

A perfect accommodation in Sanur. A very family friendly, ambience so calm. The variation of food are selectively well curated. The staffs are super friendly and professional. Location for tourist attractions are very near & various. And the price are also friendly for near a sea front spots.

The room was large and check out was easy and all the employees were friendly.

Overall is OK but when you come with kids 7 yo, you've to pay extra.

- Cleanliness of the room, especially the sheets and blankets, needs to be considered, cleanliness of the bathroom, and cleanliness of the bath towels. - The breakfast menu choices are varied and delicious, but unfortunately for children aged 9 years and under must pay.

Strategic location in Sanur. You can practically walk to the beach and stroll along the walking path by the beach. A nice and big hotel with good facilities; we really enjoy the swimming pool. Recommended if you’re staying in Sanur, especially with small kids.

The hotel staff is friendly and very helpful, the breakfast is very varied. The location is quite strategic.

The location is great, near the heart of Sanur. You can walk to the beach and easy to find good food. The hotel meal itself was delicious.

A quiet place to relax, either at the pool/restaurant. Close to Sanur harbor for those who are going to Nusa Penida

very near the sanur beach you can walk from the hotel, also near bypass, the staff are informative and polite, the food is nice

Experience staying 2 nights here: Pros: - Strategic hotel location, close to Sanur beach and culinary places, just walking distance. - There is a free scheduled shuttle bus to Prime Plaza Suites and Grand Lucky (round trip) - Large swimming pool with various depths (75 cm, 82 cm, 102 cm, 160 cm) - There are free towels and lounge chairs at the pool. - Friendly staff and responsive to our requests. We asked for additional pillows and facial tissues, all free. - Spacious restaurant and varied food, for breakfast children over 5 years old pay 50%. Food is still refilled even though it is close to the end of breakfast. - Many photo spots in the hotel, both in the garden, swimming pool and also the lobby. Cons: - Check out time is not like usual accommodations. Here check out is at 11 am. - Hot water for bathing is lacking and it is difficult to turn on the hand shower.

I stayed only for 2 nights. It was really nice hotel, close the beach, market and many other places to go. hotel lobby & facilities specially pool, good for the family with kids.
