One of few great hotels to stay in Tawau... With great view of town during breakfast

Hotel building connected to shopping mall, lots of restaurants nearby as well.

Overall superb hotel. Would definitely repeat if going to Tawau again and I don't have other hotels in mind.

The TV was working at all during my 2 night a stay. The curtains were dirty and towels were worn out.

The condition of the room is dirty, the floor carpet is dull and looks dirty, as well as the condition of the bathroom. Just a suggestion: need to renovate the room again, the price does not match the condition of the room.

This happen for room 118. All plug cannot be use to charge our handphone except plug near the mini fridge. Only receive 1 towel and no spoon for stir coffee. When we request this items with reception no one deliver it. No remote TV and TV is broken not able to change the channel. The carpet all the dirties, got all old stains can't be remove.

The lobby was so nice, but the room hallways & the bathroom lamps bring us back to the early 20s old school vibe.

Check in quite late as I had donner first upon arrival. Given twin bed room as other room fully booked. 2 lamps not working. The staff came quickly to fix it and apologize. They settled everything within 30 minutes or less from the moment I called. Thank you for the quick fix. Room need a maintenance. Spotted cracked mirror. Broken hose hanger/ hook in toilet.

Bad customer service and no towel provided even the room looks so dirty also the toilet. Not recommended to stay.

Very old carpet and dirty bathroom. Towels are not readily upom check in inside the room. Need to request.

Easy while check-in. Great Experience with Mohd Faiz the receptionist. Man of day. Very focused and customer-centric... beyond my expectation. Again, will come and stay at BRH very much of Faiz example. #sayamustipilih👍

No towel provided until next morning. No mineral water FOC. BAD staff not cooperative.

Old hotel room with old furniture. Room was smelly and no towels were provided during our stay. Bed was a joke, so uncomfortable and springy. Carpet in the room was full of black spot from ciggarettes and shoes stain. There were 3 lifts to the room upstairs but only one was functioning. Had to wait for 15mins to go down. However their front staff was super helpful and friendly. Surely will never come back.

75/100 from me. The bedroom is comfortable & clean. Bathroom got a bath tub, so yeaay. The downsides are, there are no teaspoons or sticks provided to stir the tea/nescafe. They provide cups & free nescafe. But no teaspoon. How to stir without it? With fingers? Next time I hope the hotel will provide it. And then, there is only 1 dustbin in the bathroom. No dustbin in the bedroom. Basic stuff. Hope they will provide it next time.
