Friendly staff, free room upgrade, given convenience because I brought small children

random weekend stay with my mother because she remembers Aston Kuta has the best breakfast buffet (she stayed before covid) and it definitely didn’t miss. love the buffet so much and i have the hard time leaving the restaurant lol look forward to my next stay sometime soon!

Only the toilet needs to be upgraded. It smells a bit. The blanket is a bit damp. Everything else is okay 👍

need more lighting in room not sure what is the purpose of white stone under neath of wash basin shower handle broken. slippery mat/rubber dirty
