Although the towels had a musty odor, the staff was very friendly and continued to provide excellent service. Whether the odor was due to a lack of laundry perfume or simply being dried without being laundered, the staff accepted my complaint and replaced them.

A 3-star hotel, stayed at Cakra Kusuma for 2 nights. Ample parking, clean surroundings and rooms. The staff were all friendly, and the swimming pool was clean and had facilities for both children and adults. You won't regret staying here. Thank you very much, Cakra Kusuma. Hopefully, it can continue to grow.

Convenient and strategic, you don't have to walk far to buy souvenirs. There are Bakpia Kencana and Bakpia 25. A short walk and you'll find many coffee shops. It's not too far from the city center. It's kid-friendly. It's perfect for families. It's a beautiful environment.
