Staff friendly, location good.

Hotel location is the best, at the city centre and there's a nearby 24-hour shop and many places to eat around. I've been staying at this place multiple times and some of the rooms have a slightly broken toilet flusher button, might be some of the previous guests pressed too hard. Also pay attention to the bidet as it is still leaking water when the handle is released.

The bathroom is not clean and has an odor. The room is quite small, and there’s no indoor shoes provided.

The hotel is ok and the price is very cheap.

My privilege hotel when I come to KK

Single room is really for 1 person. Bathroom is spacious. Location is city center and near the airport. Easy to get grab and tours offer free hotel pickup. Hotel entrance is under renovation, you need to check in to the 12th floor. They provide water dispensers and electric kettle is upon request. Reception and guard spoke good english. Overall, I like my stay at Cititel.

The staff is very friendly and the hotel environment is very comfortable. The car parking is also safe.

Comfortable hotel. The room occupied is also spacious and comfortable. Helpful staff. Easy to get food in the surrounding area. Only the location is a bit far if you walk to the Filipino Market/ Todak

Friendly and enthusiastic staff but the room is a bit small

About 20min drive from airport. Hotel is flanked by eateries and convenience store with a 24hour fried chicken shop and minimart. Though many shops surround the hotel, it can be tricky if it rains as there is no covered walkway same as hotel parking. Room is small and soundproofing not the best. I like the TV options which offer free movies and can connect to Netflix

Room a bit small.. But the movies provided superb.. All latest movies with free access..

Good locations, near the famous seafood restaurant, non smoking hotel-sleep tight, no need waken by smoke smell 👍

Fast food restaurant, convenient store quite a walking distance from the hotel. Furthermore, hotel located quite near to the KK airport.

The hotel is nearby some restaurant. The room is spacious for 3 persons. Clean. Only think I can ask for improvement is to keep the coffee and tea warm and hot for breakfast.

The bed is extremely small. Breakfast is very bad. Even the butter is so low quality and no taste.

Nice room even for single traveller.
