The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. It's a very simple and comfortable hotel in the heart of Jakarta. Its strategic location makes it easy to access several places. I felt like I was slow living while staying at the Grand Cemara Hotel due to its tranquil atmosphere.

Not good, there was no iron or prayer robe, and they weren't allowed to borrow them. This is the first time I've ever been in a hotel where I couldn't borrow anything. Unlike other hotels, where everything can be borrowed, this is the only one that didn't. This is enough for me to stay here. I won't be staying here again, because my vacation was ruined, just like the clothes I wore were ruined and wrinkled when I was about to leave. Thank you.

There's a Rp 100,000 deposit upon check-in, refundable upon check-out. The staff are friendly and helpful. The towels and some room amenities need updating. The hot water for the shower was lacking, and even at night, the water was cold. The room I got didn't provide tea, coffee, or sugar. Drinking water is available from a shared gallon jug in the hallway on the hotel floor. The breakfast menu lacks variety and needs to be improved.
