An old hotel that is still comfortable to be an option to stay around Solo. Please note that some of the furniture is starting to wear out and is damaged. Maintenance needs to be improved again.

Kids friendly, the hotel is very spacious, the garden is spacious so you can take a morning walk or play ball, there is a sandpit, children's pool and adult pool. Suitable for a staycation for families with children. The rooms are also spacious although the amenities are limited. 5 stars but no hairdryer.

Good service, but when I arrived at the hotel lobby, I felt like I was being looked down upon if I were to stay there, even though I had shown proof of booking. Is it because I was using a LCGC car that I felt less confident about staying there? Thank you.

the staff is very friendly. there was a problem getting a room with air conditioning that couldn't be cold, but thank God it was immediately replaced with a room with cold air conditioning. there is a playground, there is a swimming pool. the kids love staying here.

BLACK SANDY bathroom water. we complain that you guys are trivializing it. the shower water flow is small, the hose is leaking. blame the PDAM. A 4-STAR HOTEL SHOULD NOT HAVE BLACK WATER AT ALL! Black water is fatal! and that's 3 rooms!! we booked 3 rooms for 2 nights not just yes not just. from you guys there is no apology, no compensation whatsoever. what hotel is this?? I paid a total of 6 million 🤣🤣🤣

Good service. Spacious room. Breakfast is more varied than Lorin Dwangsa. But the distance to the playground and swimming pool is quite far. The elevator is close to the lobby so I have to go around a bit from my room.
