Very basic room with poor privacy screening. The bathroom had a damp musty smell and the shower leaked to such an extent that you had to sit at an angle on the toilet.

Great location with stunning views.

The room was outdated for the price. The toilet run all night. But was three star stay.

Beautiful resort. Loved the walking trails along the ocean. Breakfast was great. I didn’t like the bedroom being upstairs. The stairs were a little steep. I didn’t feel comfortable carrying a suitcase up those stairs.

The location was magnificent. I wandered the grounds in awe. The trail to the cliffs, not sure if this was resort property, was, thankfully, in somewhat natural condition. The breakfast provided surpassed expectations. There was a wide array of dishes, offered buffet style, with everything from traditional breakfast foods, to fruits, salads and pastries. The wife was spotty in the room where I was staying but quick and consistent in the reception area. Can't really think of anything more I could want except maybe a better selection of "snacks' offered by the bar area because the nearest restaurant was over a km away and you were out of luck if you hadn't made a reservation to get into one of those rstaurants earlier.

It's an enjoyable place that matches the expectations and all the described characteristics.

The property is very dated and is located in a remote area. No beaches nearby. The restaurants are also far. The room we stayed in had a broken shower holder and took a while to have it repaired. Hot water would come in spurts after a long time running tepid water. There is an extra charge to use the safe. We should have paid for it since the cleaning staff left the window wide open while we were out a couple of times. Luckily nothing was taken from our room.

Kinda tough finding nice places at a reasonable price in the Algarve in September. This place turned out to be the perfect fit! Clean, comfortable, and quiet. Nice breakfast each morning, staff friendly, and helpful. WIFI is in the common area at bar/check-in office for the property is very spread out.
