The location of the hotel is excellent. Gran Viá is 200m away. Plaza España is 300m away. The staff is super friendly and very helpful. I would definitely stay there again.

This is my second time at this hotel. The rooms were small but clean and all the required amenities except ice. I would stay there again.

It is absolutely not advertised properly! This is a hostel, not a 4 star hotel. A lot of people were complaining about the same thing. We were very disappointed with the stay, and very disappointed Expedia didn't help.

This property was a fantastic find. My wife and I had booked a different location but once we arrived we decided to stay elsewhere. I looked online and found this gem of a hotel. It's quaint and very comfy. The amenities were good and even has a coffee shop in the lobby. The location was perfect. There's a metro stop right around the corner and most major attractions are within walking distance. I highly recommend Letoh Letoh and would definitely stay here again and recommend it to my friends or anyone coming to explore Madrid!

Although the hotel is clean and brand new and the staff is friendly, the rooms are minuscule and claustrophobic. I could not unpack becase there was literally nowhere to hang my clothes. Although this may well be the standard in Madrid, next time I'll try my luck at another hotel. I see no reason to come back here.

I can say that the custodial staff on our floor was amazing. She was friendly and meticulous with her work. However though small spaces are not an issue for me this place is truly too small for a standard room. You have no privacy in the washroom and can barely move in the room if you and your partner are average size (height and weight 😊) The most disappointing part is the bed and the cockroach we found on day four. Location is great but I would say this is a one and done. Even if I was in Madrid for a single day stay, I would choose any other place for the price.
